Having recently stayed at the Ballard Beach resort, I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Petar Ivanov, one of the resort's staff members, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

First and foremost, the location of the resort is breathtaking. Situated right on the pristine shores of Ballard Beach, the views are simply stunning. The soft golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters create a picturesque setting that is truly a paradise for beach lovers.

As a returning customer of Ballard's, I was extremely disappointed when I went there for Reggae Fest this year, they were completely disorganized, understaffed, rude, and GREEDY. Some of my Family rented a cabana, at a steep price of $1,000, (price up from last year) and waited 2 hours for a server, and once he did arrive at their cabana, he stated he would only take cash, not a card for their purchases. They also had to go get there own drinks more than once in the day, and waited 2 hours for their food order, that was completely messed up. (All 17 cabanas were full) As I arrived the place was already packed and I was told there were no more chairs to rent, (price went up from $20 last year to $26.50 )even though there was a pile to my left of about 60 chairs, i said there is a pile right there, she stated they were no chairs, I asked the girl, if there were no more chairs why would they even allow any one else in, she said it's a public beach. I immediately said it's not a public beach, because your business search our coolers. She didn't respond to that. So I didn't even ask for an umbrella, I had the feeling at that point they only cared about the MONEY. There was barely a place for our group of 10 adults ( 4 of these adults it was there first time there) and 4 children to utilize on the beach way at the end. We also had others that did order umbrellas ( paid $20 to rent, I think they were $10 or $15 last year) and side tables, the tables never came, we had to get our own, we also had to get our own flags, the flag is to call a server to place orders. A server NEVER came! We stayed on the beach fromm 11:30am till we left at 5:45 pm, a server we knew from previous visits came to see us at 5:10pm he was the only server we seen all day!! We never seen a server in our area for anyone else either, and most people had their flag raised waiting all day also. This was the worst stay ever, I will probably never go there for another event, it was awful, you could not walk without brushing against someone, the lines were outrageous, and good thing we brought some food and waters . The reason we choose to go here is to be serviced on the beach, and that didn't happen, so why not go to any other beach on the Island and bring my own food and drinks, I had to sit in the sand anyway!!!! Greedy owners, managers, held that pile of chairs they claimed were reserved but those chairs never left that stack all day, we watched purposely to see!!! Ignorant and rude staff!! Way...
