Just ordered the ace of steak and Philly cheesesteak with sweet tator tots. I came here to say I am so happy to have found this hidden gem through word of mouth of a friend. I have not enjoyed food like that in a long time. Often times I’m looking for a sliced skirt steak sandwich and not a shaved one like a Philly. However i ordered both and split half of each with a friend, and I would probably have ordered two more if the kitchen wasn’t closing in 10 minutes. The staff is great, the food is nice, and we always have a pretty good time. HOWEVER, I have zero tolerance for what I call the drunk tax, which is up-charging on the bill compared to what is listed on the menu hoping you will be too drunk to notice. This is somewhat trivial because it's only $1 per beer, but it's ILLEGAL. Check your bill if you do come. Acey Duceys hosted a Knicks themed bday outing to watch the game while we ate and drank. 1st off the food is absolutely amazing. Owner set up a buffet for us with all kinds of food from wings to chicken francese to pot stickers and more. We had a 3 hour open bar option and the drinks were strong and delicious. The service was impeccable. When one drink was done a new one seemed to be waiting for me. All my guests were raving about the food and service.
