Adobo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

I recently ordered nachos via delivery, believing it was from "Taco Vibes Mexican Grill," only to discover it's actually Adobo Mexican Grill, operating as a ghost kitchen. Unfortunately, the nachos were quite disappointing and felt very low-effort.

My order included cilantro lime rice, black beans, romaine lettuce, red onions, corn, guacamole, and the chips were literally buried at the very bottom. All the toppings were just haphazardly piled on top, making it impossible to get a good mix of flavors with the chips. It felt like they just dumped ingredients into the container without any thought for how it would be eaten.

The flavors themselves were just okay, but the complete lack of care in assembly made for a frustrating eating experience. For the price, I definitely expected more. Given this experience, I'm unlikely to order from Adobo Mexican...

It was a major disappointment. The person making my bowl was extremely rude and rushed me even though there was no line whatsoever. I asked him for the chipotle sauce and he got angry and just closed my bowl. What a disrespectful business! The rice was mushy and had no taste and the honey chipotle chicken tasted hard and as if it was expired leaving me with stomach issues. The food here is great! BUT pay attention to what they charge. I've been here 2 times now and both times they overcharged and wouldn't admit it when I pointed it out. I had o get a manager to help. The first time they charged me for 2 of everything and I clearly only ordered one (he had just put them in the bag and was playing stupid). The next time they charged me an extra 3.99 for meat in my kids tacos...nowhere does it say you are going to be charged for meat in tacos (ground beef).
