At approximately 7.35pm April 18th at this location Jimmy Jazz I opened a pants (because I wear between 34 & 36 in menās jeans). I observed it was slightly too large so I attempted to get the next size (34) and all I did was open that one maroon color pants and the employee claiming she is the manager asked me if she can assist me. I replied Iām looking for size 34 which was right infront my face and her attitude became very unprofessional started arguing saying that Iām making a mess of the store (one pants opened) and she will get what ever size. I explained I donāt need any help because I saw my size and she shouted āNoā Iāll get it. We argued back and forth as she still gave me the wrong size. I grabbed the size I was about to purchase and she started cursing and arguing and calling me names. She stated they were closing soon and they donāt want any clothes messed up. I asked her what her name was to complain and she refused to give information. Other customers heard her call me a sissy and different names just because I opened one jeans to see if it fits. Iām trying to get in touch with management if possible. She was at the register at approximately 7.37pm to 7.45pm. I literally was buying that pants but because of her attitude I decided to walk out. They just lost $50 - $100 because of unprofessional attitude of what is suppose to be management which I believe is a lie. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not go here! Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes in the morning. I realized after walking in them for a few blocks that the right toe box was smaller than the left toe box. Took them back and instantly was giving attitude from the lady behind the counter, with a hostile glare, and harsh accusatory language and questions. She told me that they would not refund nor exchange the shoes because they were worn. I explained as per the websiteās refund policy that manufacturer defects do not apply in this situation, and therefore they should give me an exchange or refund. She then said, āNot with that type of attitudeā. I was also told that, āYou tried them on in the store and should have known there was a problem thenā. There was zero reason for her to act that way while going against corporate policy. Why this store would staff itself with someone so aweful is beyond me. What kind of a person goes on such a needless power trip? I have to say it felt discriminatory. Needless to say I will go out of my way to tell everyone this story and to avoid this company at all costs!
