Akami — Restaurant in New York

This place was really awesome when I first came here a couple months ago but then last month I found a think hair in my Tounkatsu! Which I usually order when I go with my friends here. I was very unhappy when I saw that, and every time me and my squad get to Alamo first and we are the only people there they take our order but then a lot of other people come and they take there order, but somehow we get our order last and literally everybody that came in BEFORE us got there dish BEFORE we did. Sure this place was freaking delicious until the god damn hair got in there! Be freaking mindful of your customers!!! I might never eat here again because of how there was once rat POOP in one of my friends rice and he got really sick and threw up!! I blame this on you Akami! Terrible service. Terrible food. Don't waste your time eating at this place, especially it is so expensive!! Like every time I go here I get a tounkatsu and that costs me 10.60$. Then I order tounkatsu again for dinner and it costs 25.40$!!!! Why the 15$ change for something that just has a little bit extra!!!! Jesus Christ man. I wish i could give this place 0 stars. Walk in the door and their are 5 employees with their heads down sleeping on tables, bit awkward but ok whatever. The service started with the waitress spilling one of our beers on the table, hey accidents happen i would never let that define my experience but they served us and charged us for the half spilled beer. I was almost in shock. She splashed half this beer on me and then did not at the very least replace it with a fresh one. We order a good amount of sushi my girlfriends tempura roll had a sticker from an avacado in it. When replaced with a new one, the avacado was now black. The entirety of the entrees were not fresh and tasted absolutely horrible. Look, im not the kind of person to complain about anything but this place is horrible. After everything they did not even discount the check or apologize at all. Im not looking for a handout or free food just some restaurant basics and common courtesy. One day me and my freinds went to outlunch (a time when all the kids go out to eat lunch) and we usually go their on Mondays. BTW if you go to esms I'm kevin. Well anyways we went there and sat down. All my friends look at insta but I'm that kid with no social media. We ordered a queen roll. The waiterist thought he said 3 roll. A few minutes later she comes with three California rolls. Bruh.
