Barista is unnecessary rudeâŚI live next door and when they are open I stop by to get coffee and scone to go. Today I was waiting for my latte, and holding my scone, besides me it was 2 other people seating at the tables,maskless working on their laptops⌠So I pulled my mask down and up and had a bite of my scone-and the barista just snapped on me for that! That I have to be in the mask the whole time, and when I pointed at others without masks - he said they are dining in, and they have Proof of Vaccines. We were barely there for 5 mins and their staff snapped at my TODDLER kids. Of course, I discipline my toddler kids. Give me an opportunity to do so. Donât scream at them and use tone not appropriate for their age! He had no right to scream and use that tone to my children. Your cafe was empty.

There were only 2 people in line in front of me. They had ordered 2 mochas and a slice of cake. I ordered a latte and a scone.
It took 25 minutes for the server to make my drink!!! She seemed so overwhelmed with 3 customers. I went in having plenty of time but after waiting so long, I was late for an appointment.
When I finally got my drink, it tasted wateryâŚmaybe something is off with their machine? I know it wasnât Brooklyn Roastingâs fault.
