My Son is in the ER, my wife is still sick, wish they had looked at reviews, which based on them, I can't believe their still open. Very hungry but after a few bites decided something wasn't right. Three days in NY as soon as they ate here it was vomiting etc...the entire time!!! Wedding Shower wknd and first time meeting friends and family was the only saving grace; but was not even able to hold a conversation effectively due to being sick. Thank God his fiancee didn't eat due to separate flight..CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. I had to give it one star to put this comment ZERO STARS! CLOSE IT NOW! CT scan and reports to follow! Food poisoning that quickly went septic causing damage to the Pancreas. Cont...follow-up appts w/GI specialists. DO...

I was concerned after seeing other reviews, but fortunately did not get food poison. Relatively cheaper compared to other brands nearby. We arrived early so there were no large crowds. Service was quick. Ordered artichokes pizza and Staten Island pizza at the kiosk and waited under 10 min to get the pizza heated up. The artichoke pizza was good, crust was thick and crispy, and the cheese was so rich and creamy. Unfortunately, the guy put one pizza on top of the other in one box, making the artichokes pizzas look a little bit messy. Meatball on the Staten Island pizza made me a little bit skeptical about freshness. Should’ve ordered two artichoke pizzas. I was surprised to find such a low rating for all the foods...

We had some amazing Artichoke Pizza in Greenwich Village. Truly amazing. Thought we’d have some more at the airport while waiting for our flight home. Walked completely across Terminal C to have some. Got there around 2:15 PM only to find out they had no artichoke pizza. They had just put one in the oven, and they said it would be an hour before it was ready. Hmm, you didn’t see that you were running out of your namesake pizza? Actually, once I read the reviews and we decided to eat elsewhere, I was relieved, because the reviews are terrible. It would’ve ruined our positive experience earlier. Don’t bother walking to...

Absolutely disgusting and extremely disorganized. No instructions on how to pay. We didn't get a ticket, went to pay at cashier, came back for ticket, went back to cashier to pay, paid, they didn't stamp it, then had to argue to get our pizza. Every customer was confused, which made the wait extra long too. The pizza was so soggy that it literally fell apart when I picked it up. The oven is probably not hot enough to get it crispy on re-heat. This is nothing like the Artichoke locations in the city. Avoid at all costs. The owners of Artichoke must immediately fix or remove this location because it will destroy their brand.

Terrible. Nothing like the regular stores outside of the airport. The pizza is not the same consistency or flavor. It's not thin crust and it's soggy. It's not cooked properly and the ovens don't even reheat the pizzas because they weren't cooked in the first place. None of the pies taste like what they're supposed to. Do not spend your money here!!! I literally had to ask the food court managers to refund me. This was inedible
