Please trust the 1 star reviews. They took my order on their iPad, made me wait 20 minutes - then told me they ran out of ingredients for my pizza. They all huddled behind the counter before that and had a loud discussion that I could overhear, where the chef clearly either missed the order or made the wrong one. So they chose to send one of their staff to come and lie out front. I asked for a refund, they tried that on their machines and it gave them an error. They told me the refund went through anyway, and when I asked for a receipt they said they couldn’t print one because the machine doesn’t print. I asked for an email receipt and that apparently was sent but never showed up. So I’m out of money, never got the pizza either and had to board my flight so I’m also out of dinner because I wasted 20 minutes waiting. On top of it all, they “closed” the take out area by setting up a bunch of chairs out front and asked me to step out while I was waiting for my order, so they could “clean the area” - never actually saw them clean it. I’ve truly never had a worse experience...
Read more0 rating for the staff and service.. but the pizza was delicious.. we couldn't resist that.. we were in a hurry to catch the flight and stopped there to grab a lunch. They haven't told us about the time when we were looking for the menu and the lady asked us to place through kiosk. After we ordered we waited nearly 40 mins. The guy who is making pizza is very slow and rude.. after he made our pizza he mistakenly given that to one of the airport staffs along with their order. After they left he noticed that and started making new pizza for us. He didn't even apologized or admitted his mistake. Then we went that line managing lady and asked about our order..then she checked with him and saying it's getting ready.. the other lady rudely replied us "go and wait there.. it will take 25mins". Such an arrogance.. we thought of leaving the shop immediately.. and he said order is ready... Very bad experience... After looking the other reviews here, i can see I'm not the only one got this kind of...
Read moreI had my first meal of the day as soon as finished my tsa check at la guardia terminal c. I ordered a club sandwich. The bread was over toast and burnt which made the sandwich so hard,even the bacon was so tough and the chicken breast as well. The fries on the side as well was over cooked and its hard.
I ordered a decaf drip coffee with milk when the drink was served its not hot and its not even warm. I asked the waitress to reheat it she told me it cant be reheated as it is a decaf coffee. Never heard that a decaf coffee canmot be reheated and its being served as a room temperature. Doesnt make any sense.
In order to make the coffee serve hot,first the cup must be soak in hot water before putting the coffee.. second make the milk on the side hot as well inorder to put on the coffee it will maintain the hotness of the coffee. So when you serve its not cold or a room...
