Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in New York

Update March 2025: Haven't been here based on past experience. Had a rewards to redeem. I got a fresh pretzel and it would of been close to burnt if they kept it in any longer. However, the pretzel is smaller than it is at QCM and Skyview.

Auntie Anne's is located on 147-40 Archer Ave, Queens, NY 11433 within the Cinnabon. Convenient location if you catching the train or bus from Sutphin. They probably opened in June of this year 2024 if not later. I been to the location a few times and each time except once as been an issue! Today the pretzel was overcooked some parts burnt and was not enjoyable. Other time it was too salty the nugget pretzels. I had a very disappointing experience at this Cinnabon location. I purchased two pretzels, and the cashier, Brittany, overcharged me and insisted the price was “tax per item,” which clearly wasn’t correct. Even when it was obvious she rang it up wrong, she refused to acknowledge the mistake. It honestly felt intentional, like she was trying to overcharge us on purpose.

On top of that, the pretzels were not fresh at all, they were hard, stale, and definitely not what you expect from Cinnabon. Very poor customer service and low-quality product. I won’t be returning to...

Today I went in to get some pretzels and they weren’t made yet, however the employee was super kind and offered me a discount due to the inconvenience. Not only that but they also made sure I got the first batch of fresh pretzels which were very good by the way. Although they are understaffed in my opinion they make sure to satisfy their customers needs and will come to a compromise if necessary and I also noticed how respectful and welcoming they were to all the customers who walked in which I can...
