Dennis Bagel — Restaurant in New York

The last few times I’ve ordered for delivery it has been a disaster. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a muffin and one coffee. It took them an hour and almost 30 minutes for my delivery. After waiting for about 45 minutes I decide to call to inquiry about my order. I was told that it just left and I should be getting it. I waited.. I call back and they say the same thing.. it’s on its way. After another 20 minutes I call back .. same answer. When I finally got my order .. I ordered at 8:40am it was 10:25. This was never the case when Dennis was the owner. If you place a delivery order they have to get your order out and be truthful about delivery times. Bad...

Formerly Bagel Bin, Denny's Bagel offers breakfast sandwiches and now Mexican food. They take cash and Zelle, not sure on other payment methods. I ordered breakfast, bacon egg and cheese on plain bagels. The cost was reasonable. I was disappointed with the amount of bacon, and the bagels need to improve. But my son enjoyed it, so no complaints. They sell an assortment of juices and other drinks. They don't have signage about what's for sale, so that would be good. I asked for a menu and will take a look at their other offerings....

Food has become way overpriced while quality and quantity has greatly dwindled. They are always changing costs and looking to charge extra for every little thing. Delivery orders are not always prompt, not always right and have a tendency of arriving messy. Menu doesn’t offer a lot of variation anymore and a lot of things are not fresh.
