The BBQ place at the front door is giving uncooked food , i was buying BBq squid and some roast pig all cost for $25 ,after I purchase then I can’t wait to eat at the counter because I was hungry at that time , as soon I try the BBq squid it taste undercook and I let them know and they did change for a new one ,The taller men wearing glasses at the front is always so mean and don’t even apologize for anything just act like I’m wrong , that’s not all , after I leave and take a walk and went back home As soon I bite on the BBq squid they are undercook again, I had to go back to ask for a full refund this time for things I buy, how can’t you sell undercook BBq for customers, as soon I had back the same person that sell me the BBq are refuse to give me the full refund for the mistake they make , how can they staying business like this ways ,I will never think people should trust this place , They only give me the squid refund to me ,I was ask for full refund of $25 for what I purchase , I had to bring back second time with all items I can’t even eat no more , for there mistakes, that’s not fare and unfriendly service,The men at the front wearing glasses always had a mean face when you are buying with him ( I wish they know what they doing as a big dim sum place around for the locals, we can call the health department for undercook BBQ meat , I don’t know what his name is ,I will never give this place a chance no more .( not because the money, they don’t worth it, I can’t eat nothing they sell no more , I left the roast pig at counter for them that I paid , they treat customers this way for 2 times mistakes...

Yesterday at 12pm, I visited Bamboo Garden for Sunday dimsum, hoping for a pleasant experience like my usual takeout orders. Unfortunately, my dining experience was far from satisfactory. Every dimsum cart's dishes were cold, with the exception of the steamed rice noodle cart, even though it was only noon and dimsum service continued until 3pm.

It appeared that the restaurant caters primarily to an early crowd, possibly neglecting to prepare fresh dimsum later in the day. The tables were occupied by patrons who had already finished their meals or were lingering around after their morning Dimsum. Surprisingly, there was no one waiting for a table at the host desk, reinforcing the suspicion that the restaurant doesn't prioritize making fresh dishes after a certain time.

This disappointing experience would have warranted a 2-star rating, but the situation took an unpleasant turn as we left. The employee collecting our payment openly complained about our tipping amount, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Considering our brief 10-ish minute stay and the cold dimsum, it was disheartening to encounter such audacity from the staff. Overall, a regrettable visit with a lasting...

If I can add a video I would. Went here for lunch and was treated nice by the ladies behind the take out glass as well as the register. My cousin who is receiving chemo at the office across the street wanted some to take home so I went back. I got there and got yelled at by an older man who must be the owner or management because I wanted to use Apple Pay. He as well as the male cashier lied and said they don’t accept Apple Pay even though I bought lunch there two hours earlier with guess what?? APPLE PAY! I showed them the transaction on my phone and my receipt. Not using Apple Pay is fine but don’t lie to my face. It’s condescending and rude and he was yelling for no reason. The yelling man said no Apple Pay so I said sure I’ll come back with my card. I came right back with my card and then he said $20 minimum. If you didn’t want to serve me just say that. I couldn’t make this up. I guess he’s not used to women telling him not to yell at them. Left in disgust and disbelief. As a non Asian and I’ll even say as a black woman don’t even waste your time here. You will get yelled at and...
