Definitely felt profiled at this store. Went here with my gf while we were waiting on a table at a nearby hotpot place. We had previously shopped here before and had a bad experience with being followed around by the employees as if we were criminals. We decided to give them a second chance since there are lots of nice things we wanted, but this experience was worse than the last. We were given strange looks by the employees as soon as we walked in. We walked around, checking out merchandise and picking put items to purchase and noticed we were being followed and observed by mainly the female employees, who pretended to sweep the floor or some other random activity. It got so bad that I turned around at one point and observed one of the employees pull back into the aisle. It was like she was surprised that we saw her. When we get a call that our table was ready at the restaurant, we went to pay for what we had. The clerk scanned everything then asked me for ID for my purchase. I told her that I'm using my debit card. She reiterated that it was for purchases over $100. There was posting of this being a policy anywhere around the store or register since this is a mandatory thing to avoid embarrassing customers. Also, this didn't happen before on our previous visit. I obliged, even though the card I was using had an anime overlay on it that covered my name and i didnt sign the back, so how she verified it was my card is beyond me. On top of that, to deal with the rudeness of the staff was beyond embarrassing The only nice thing that happened was that one of the male workers was nice enough to bring us a basket when our hands got too full. There is no way to explain this away. We both are longtime managers in retail so we are aware of a lot of these behaviors and what they mean toward customers. This was beyond...

Description of the Store + Positives
In the corner of the place are claw machines, and on the other side is an area dedicated to figurines and items such as DIY (Do it yourself) kits. Further down has makeup and products for skincare.
Towards the middle of the store are large shelves with products ranging from shampoo, conditioner, facemasks, to medicine, snacks, and drinks.
In the back are supplies for the kitchen! There are plates, ceramic pots, and knives. There especially seems to be a lot of good quality Japanese knives. There are also cabinets and storage stackers for the kitchen and fridge. Another smaller shelf is for stationery with an arrangement of pens, some notebooks and pencil cases.
Negatives
Although the store seemed to be relatively clean, once, a roach was spotted on the umbrella rack, which dimmed my experience by a little bit. This raises concerns on the actual cleanliness of the place, but in my opinion, it is not a huge deal since the bug wasn't near...
Read moreFirst off I almost left the place 5 minutes after enterring. I went with my grown daughter who can pass as asian we had split up. One girl decides to incunspicuously follow just me …bad idea. I challenged her and asked if she wanted my jacket to make sure i wasnt stealing. I told her loud how rude of her and I that I came with money to shop and told her to stop and go away Needless to say it ruined the experience as the store is super cute, organized and had all the stuff we were looking for. Lastly dont drive there on Thursday or Friday Alternate side of the street is horrendous and people dont care...
