Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in New York

Went in with three other friends to get a donut and a milkshake but I wasn’t sure which donut to purchase so I let the couple behind me go in front after them I was cut in line by a man to then be told once I made it to the register that they were closed now and I would only could be assisted through the drive through. thankfully another employee agreed 2 take my order but the whole time I was ordering another employee was jangling their keys in a way to rush any other paying customers out. while making my milkshake, I noticed that there weren’t any gloves being used and to finalize this transaction I was given an over milked milkshake. I later proceeded 2 through the drive-through since I had just paid and I had barely drunk any of it since it tasted as if I was drinking straight milk (mind you I did not put up any fuss throughout all this I completely understand that they may have been in a rush) but after explaining the situation in the drive through I was asked with much attitude “what do you want to do about it?” I asked if it was possible to remake to which he begrudgingly retrieved the milkshake and just put another scoop of ice cream without even bleending it, I still thanked the man to be polite but the whole experience...

The service was awful. I had a very hard time understanding them due to them having a hard time speaking English and understanding English. They did one scoop in my 3 scoop cup and walked away for about 3 minutes to serve other customers then came back to continue to where i had to tell them to throw that away that's nasty. The ppl in the area that loves ice cream as much as me do not have a choice but to go there to fulfill their craving. I told my friends about the service i received that live nearby I was told that's because there's no African American in this area and that can be a reason why i was treated that way. A really unpleasant ordeal. We placed an order for a three-scoop sundae, and the man (likely the same one from the other reviews) double-checked with us four times. I was compelled to review my receipt because he added two scoops of sundae topping to one. There is a noticeable difference in price, and we attempted to explain it to him, but he just did not get it. We proceeded to ask him to cancel the order, a request that he was equally confused about. In the end, he placed the right order while grinning viciously and without apology. We will definitely not be returning...
