Visiting family from out of state, decided to try the gym with a Sunday morning workout circuit session. Coach Jonathan lead the class and was approachable and explained how the class would thoroughly.
What stood out was the workout circuit he designed. It was challenging but also varied, hitting different muscle groups each session, which kept things interesting and prevented plateaus. The structure was well-thought-out, with a good balance of strength training, cardio, and mobility work.
Coach Jonathanâs attention to detail and the effectiveness of his workout circuits will have you sweating but getting a nice pump. If youâre looking for personalized coaching and innovative workouts, this place is definitely worth checking out!
