I love the ice creams of Baskin Robbins, but it really bothers me when employees are not knowledgeable of the perks and deals of the place where they work. It’s 1:05 AM right now, May 31st 2023. I just came out of this Liberty Ave location because I was looking for the 31st ice cream’s special, which consist in a 31 percent of discount every 31st of the month at participating stores. I know that this Liberty Ave location is a participating one, because I’ve bought ice cream with this special many times here, but the sales associate had no clue of what I was talking about. On top of that, he could barely speak English. I ended up paying 7.61 dollars for an ice cream that could’ve costed me 5 dollars. I asked for a manager, but he said that he was alone. Please train your workforce...
