Items are very overpriced - more than double what they are actually worth in gold. I was interested in a 14kt bracelet listed for $2850 but after I expressed my interest, Samantha increased the price to $4500. She then tried to insult me, suggesting if I couldn’t afford it I should get one with a lower karat of gold. Stores like this give jewelers a bad name.
