My family of four ate here yesterday evening. I have two main complaints that I wish we knew in advance. My husband made a reservation days in advance online. We arrived and checked in with the hostess and she said ok and told us to stand over there and pointed across the room and we waited with many others. We only waited about 5-10 minutes and my husband received a text letting us know our table was ready. The restaurant was pretty loud and he just happened to be looking at his phone and wouldn’t have otherwise. Why didn’t the hostess tell us that we would be receiving a text when our table was ready? This seems minor but if you’re not looking and waiting for the text, would you be called the old fashioned way? I only say this because not one person was called while we were waiting. The service was lacking. Our waitress never came to get our drink order first so when she asked for our order I told her I wanted a soda and burger. My husband ordered a drink and burger. My kids ordered burgers as well but opted for the water. Having never been there, we assumed fries came with the burgers like it is at every restaurant we’ve ever been to. Having noticed this I would think the waitress would double check we didn’t want sides. Had she said something along those lines, I would have ordered fries or rings. It wasn’t a big deal and we were fine with just our burgers but you would think waitresses would have noticed this. She also never brought our drinks. We were done eating quickly because all we had were burgers so the drinks were pointless even if given late.
Pros: burgers were excellent, seated quickly with a reservation
Cons: staff seems like they couldn’t care less about your experience, missed out on bigger bill due to missing items and lack of menu suggestions.

Read moreI don't recommend you go to Bills during tree lighting week. The whole experience was disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and they wouldn't check us in. They told us to come back on time. We moved 5 adults and 2 kids downstairs to wait.(Meanwhile, people are arriving left and right and they don't have reservations. They were checked in.) We took the extra 15 minutes to use the restroom and wash our hands. The restroom was absolutely filthy. I informed the downstairs hostess and went back upstairs to check in again. I checked in and the hostess proceeded to escort us to 4, tall 2-top tables squeezed together right next to the bathroom I had just complained about. The restaurant is huge and super noisy. Not music, just acoustically evil. Conversation and dish noise around you seems amplified. We couldn't speak at a normal volume. If you have any type of hearing issues, I don't recommend. Our server took about 5 minutes to arrive. She offered water, spoke to our half of the table about the kids menu and took our drink orders. She moved to the other half of the table and when my MIL asked what the kids menu was. The server rudely informed her that she had just said it. We all ordered our food and waited. And waited. The Gobbler got 4 stars. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was also highly recommended. The 3 sliders weren't bad, but one of my 3 was undercooked. They weren't spectacular either. The mushrooms were overcooked. The rest of the food we ordered was ok. My MIL ordered a salad. The server forgot the dressing. She never brought it back. We asked three different people for dressing before we finally got any. For the price that this place charges for everything, it isn't worth the hassle of squishing into the room with the hundreds of other diners. I hate to say it but,...
Read moreI would like to say that the waitress was amazing and super understanding before i go any further with this review. We had ordered a milkshake which looked great but upon further examination, there was GLASS YES GLASS in a CHILDS MILKSHAKE! She almost swallowed the glass but felt something sharp in her mouth which caused an alarm at the table. Upon that happening he did take that off of the receipt then her food was rare and barely cooked. After we had expressed that we would like for the burger to be cooked more or at least cooked at all, he didn’t do it, but he would think that they would take it off of the receipt due to so many problems that the kitchen was having where are you in the kitchen that night. When we spoke about him, taking off her meal from the bill, he stated that he would not do that due to the food being fixed, and we also stated that there was no compensation for glass being in a child’s milkshake, which could’ve harmed her and cause internal bleeding. He refused to take any further responsibility other than taking the milkshake off of the bill. This is my first time at this establishment and the food was OK but I would never return. Please beware of their chip glasses which we did have multiple of them on the...
