I was very surprised today at our groceries shopping. One of the employees Named ANGELA was really having a bad day and paid it humiliating the customers. This specific location is having a lack of shopping carts. We were given one of the electrical carts because there was none at the time and my mother has an issue walking for long times, cool! At the time of the check-out, our groceries does not fit at the collection area. There is a cart with groceries that someone had left behind and my sister tried to get it and asked her if she could combine the left groceries from that cart which was like 4 items with one MS ANGELA had picking up groceries left behind at the next register. She answered with a very nasty attitude “NO, THERE ARE NO CARTS AVAILABLE.” I explained that there are two carts half empty to her but did not get her understanding. I directed my attention to another employe and MS ANGELA replied “THERE ARE NO CARTS AVAILABLE WHAT SHE WANTS ME TO DO” I explained once again in a very polite mood that we could combined the groceries into 1 or two carts because she had 3 and do it ourselves not even asking her to do so. She said “I ALREADY SAID NO, THERE ARE NO CARTS AVAILABLE!” I go outside and asked someone and waited for them give me a cart. I come back to the register and while an employees I addressed before named Alexandra R is helping us because my sister couldn’t scan the products and she helped manually. A man comes by and asked Alexandra if he could pay with her and ANGELA screamed “NO! YOU DONT SEE THE REGISTER IS CLOSED? GO DOWN THE LINE!” We all looked at each other and and Men looked to deceived his whole expression changed once she just ruined his happy mood and stepped on the kindness that he used to address the employee with. We felt very disappointed with her attitude I don’t think she is a manager because of her lack of customer service and even had her Name batch covered but anyways I asked another employee for her name. This need to get somewhere to the Admins. It’s not fair or just for us the Club members that pay a membership and consume the products at Bj’s Wholesale club to have to go through that situation and it was not only to my family that happens, that makes me believe that is has not been the first time she acts like that very unprofessional.
One again is well said the phrase that often Customer does not stop consuming the product or services of certain business because of competencies. Instead because of...
Read moreIf I could put a lesser star it would be placed. This is ghetto land market. So called workers will not help in finding items, they just point with their finger like a dog but even a dog is more helpful when trained. And forget about finding a shopping cart for yr items, none to be found! I then decided to use the electronic scooters, guess what? All 20 scooter were not working because none were charged. I won't be spending here again. I unfortunately had to pay the $3 parking fee for nothing. The worst! *update: went last night with a friend who needed to go, I warned her of my last experience there, well folks it just got worse: while we were exiting our car in the parking lot a guy was wandering around us, just staring and looking to see what I was taking from the car with me, my cousin then alerted me and blocked his view with her body against me and stared back at him, he then looked away and kept moving. When we finished shopping we rolled the shopping cart to our car and started placing groceries into the car and three guys surrounded us insisting that they help us and that we NEEDED help they said, my cousin quickly halted one of these men by tapping his hand to back off and not touch or take anything from our cart and said to him we're fine we don't need help, he then said but you ladies need a man to help you!, I then stared him down and said firmly no thank you! I carry spray with me and I have metal poles in the car just in case, this is why we must be prepared for unexpected harassing as this. They then walked away slowly. My cousin said she'll never shop there again and certainly I won't after my first incident. As we were driving away we noticed the same band of men doing this to another female while placing her groceries into her van, there were other men scattered on foot throughout this parking lot communicating with cell phones! please be aware of yr surroundings because i didnt expect this,...Btw shortage of shopping cart situation, no change. Wat a shame from wat...
Read moreWell hello everyone it's been while since I have written a review.
Today, I went to BJ's Wholesale Club in the Bronx, driving in and looking for parking wasn't bad, I was able to find parking.
However !!!!.. I couldn't find no shopping carts. In order to find a shopping cart I had to wait till someone come's out and load there vehicles, then get a shopping cart. There was NO!!! shopping cart in those assigned shopping carts areas. None!!!
Ok I found a shopping cart after waiting like 10 minutes. So!
Let's move inside now!!!
All the selves looked stocked , floors was clean.
The Electronics side. I wanted to purchase a little 21 inch TV that went for 119.00 I believe, so BJ'S had a little slip to fill out for the little 21 inch TV. So I filled it out and went shopping and grabbed my items and stood on line.
The line was long yes, but it went pretty fast .
BJ's or the Manager had someone handling the line control, directing shoppers to the next available register.
So after I finished with checking out at the register. I was directed to the lead cashier that was on the floor and I had hand her the slip that I filled out for the tv.
Well she went in her stock room only to come out to say there was no more 21 inch TV in stock.. like really.. I did all that and no tv in stock.
BJ's lead cashier said you can get your money back but I had to stand online and wait with people who was picking up there online orders ..
I mean like come on really ... But I guess over time things will smooth out.
Na I'm not going to blow my stack.
Why 2 stars. The shopping cart experience was the worst. Just to wait when you have other people waiting as well. That's spells disaster waiting to happen.
Much respect to the all the cashiers, standing there and making it work. ( To BJ's make sure you put some kinda protective...
