We came here to celebrate a birthday with a group of nine friends, but unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we arrived, the server looked visibly grumpy and didn’t greet us at all. We ordered drinks for everyone, but only a few arrived—and even those took nearly 30 minutes. Some were so bitter we had to ask for them to be remade. We literally had to leave our table and walk up to the counter just to get her attention.
When we tried to place our food order, she continued to serve other guests who arrived after us, making us feel completely ignored. After nearly two hours of waiting, I finally asked her why we were being treated this way and how long the food would take. Her response shocked me: “You all were busy talking,” followed by a rude, “Do you need food or not?”—as if we were there expecting free meals.
The food itself was good, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. If you’re in the hospitality industry, kindness and respect should come first. Sadly, that was completely missing from...

Nothing on the menu said information about specifics ether medium or Very Spicy. You should tag what Dishes are Spicy and very spicy . I enjoy some spice but that food was toxic not edibles a big waist of money it ended in the trash with the jasmine rice, my lips were swollen and my stomach was on fire. Read moreDisappointing Experience and Poor Service I recently ordered here and was very disappointed. The prices on were higher than on the menu, but I let it go. The curry and the rice portion was tiny—just enough for a child. When I asked to buy another rice, the staff was dismissive and insisted that’s i should that I should be grateful for the smart child size rice that comes free with the meal. I don't ever recall in all my life time in NYC that rice doesn't come with a curry dinner in all cultures! To make matters worse, after spending over $40 on two meals, I was told there was a $10 minimum to use my credit card again when I tried to purchase another $500 rice. This policy felt unreasonable and unacceptable especially given how much I had already spent. Overall, a frustrating experience—I won’t be...
