Love the food from here. I been eating here for a while now. I’m not sure if management is aware of the bad customer service one of the waitresses provides (Paula in specific never encountered anyone else this way) I have waited a while to leave a review based on this because I wanted to give them some time to see if she would fix the way she speaks to people over the phone, but she doesn’t….. I will not be ordering from here again. Their delivery people and management are UNETHICAL. My mother paid them the full amount without knowing the food was already paid for (I ordered through seamless) and the man did not say anything to her. I tried to get this problem resolved and spoke with a lady on the phone twice. After being told she'd speak to the manager about the situation I have yet to hear from them. It's been a month now. My sister does not order from here either because of this. It was not 5 or 10 bucks it was 27. So be careful.
