Bravo Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I have been ordering from them for the past 3 weeks I was a new customer. I actually have been ordering for someone else. Everytime I order they are enforce a tip. A tip is not a problem to give. But you really don't know what someone budget is. Today I order $29.63 worth of food online to be delivered. A long time went by so I called the person who always answers lies and say I didn't put for delivery and I must come and pick it up after 30 minutes past. Then I asked can it please be delivered he said he had no delivery guy and insisted it be picked up. So I told him I will not be ordering from you again. When I called back telling him someone was coming and to make sure the food was hot. All of a sudden he has a delivery guy. The guy took down the address and my phone number usually they have been calling to say the food was downstairs and to come down today no one called and the food was left with the doorman of the building and this was all because of a tip. The guy that answers the phone said to me make sure you leave a tip. Bad business and...

I've eaten as this establishment many times, and rarely ever had a problem. I go back because the food is good. But, today the service was just horrible. The store is supposed to open by 11 AM, and there were several people, myself included, waiting for them to open. However, they didn't open on time and opened nearly ten minutes late. When the store opened, a customer asked them, "What time do you normally open?" The answer we all got was somewhere between 11 AM and 11:30 AM. Then the two employees working began to complain to the customers that they used to have four people working there when they opened and now they have two people working. OK, so we know times are hard, and there prices went up, because food prices went up. But, don't complain to the customers; complain to the managers and owner of the store. Either that or find another job to do. Customers don't need to hear this. Glad the food is still good, but the rude service needs to be improved...
