Horrible service in this store if I could give it a -1000/5 I absolutely would. The store is a complete mess, lines are long expect to spend your whole life in there. Cashiers are burn out I don’t blame them. Blame the MOD’s and CSS horrible encounter with them Especially at this store beware of Supervisor Luz. She is very rude, condescending individual, has a bad attitude and is super snobby not only to the cashier but to us customers as well. Luz was extremely rude and has no respect for anyone but herself. She will pressure you to sign up for loyalties, pressure you to get a credit card, pressure you to LIE ON A SURVEY in order to make the store look good. As a store leader if something is wrong with your store customers should have a right to say so in the survey, how do you expect things to change when you force customers to lie and say they are happy with the service when it’s an absolute lie. There is also this MOD has no manners and give’s attitudes to customers when they complain about long lines and closed bathrooms. No fitting rooms, no bathrooms, long lines and rude supervisors and managers if you have a complaint they could careless all they want from you is your money, sign up for their stupid loyalty membership and credit cards and the store leaders want you to lie on a survey saying that the service was outstanding and that you are “Highly satisfied” with their service. Complete lies if you take a survey be honest and don’t let these mangers and supervisors tell you to lie on the surveys if you do lie things will never change because corporate will think the store is doing wonderful and wont pay these liars and money hungry mongrels a visit to see the circus show they are running. Read moreI come to Burlington (union square) often, and I see this manager ( Anne Marie) being very disrespectful and talk down to her co-workers. I witnessed multiple conversations ( because I shop at the union square location very frequently) she was having with the supervisors and the associates saying they were better off asking questions than doing something wrong but then turning around and saying they were not listening or using their brains and that she shouldn't have to babysit someone. She accuses them of doing things intentionally, not letting them defend or explain themselves. I saw her pull one boy to the side with another co-worker telling him about his pants and that he needs a belt ( which is understandable) and embarrassing him in front of other people walking by (which should have been done privately). If this is how the company runs the store and allows management to do things like this, I will be letting people know not to work at this location. I overheard her talking about a co-worker over the phone, that she doesn't know why they were hired and that they are incompetent and she doesn't like that they are moving up and doesn't deserve to be where she is and will try to see if she can get them to break and leave.This one co worker looked like she was about to cry because of the consent yelling over the radio. This manager is harassing and disrespecting the employees ( seems like she gets a kick out of it), and I'm surprised she still has a job there since it's not hidden about what she is doing.
