No matter how you want to consume your cannabis, the Travel Agency has got you covered. They have flower, vapes, concentrates, edibles, drinks, tea, topicals, tinctures, pre-rolls, and even infused honey, sugar and extra virgin olive oil. My go-tos are the OFF HOURS Euphoric Watermelon Lemonade gummies (10:4, 10 pack of 10mg each at $30), the AYRLOOM Root Beer (2:1, 10 mg at $5), and AYRLOOM Black Cherry Seltzer (1:1, 5mg at $3.50). I used to get the TURN or AYRLOOM disposables ($50-60 for 1g) they are reliable and sturdy, sometimes they get clogged. I used my Travel Agency reward points to get a free 510 battery to move to cartridges. Now I exclusively use the JAUNTY 510 cartridges for vaping. They are 90% or higher THC and $45 for 1g. You can order at the kiosks inside the store. They have bud tenders who are very well-informed, polite, and excited to talk about their products. You can also order ahead online. Due to state regulations, you must have a valid ID, be 21+ and pay with cash or debit. No credit cards are accepted. The best things about the Travel Agency are their mission and the opportunities they make in the world. It is BIPOC-founded and this location directs ā€œover half of the profits to The Doe Fund. The Doe Fund provides transitional and permanent housing, employment and support services to people who have experienced homelessness and incarceration.ā€ They hire the formerly incarcerated and carry LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and women-owned brands. Two of their other locations are ā€œowned by those who have experienced cannabis-related injusticesā€. Here, you can buy what you need to have a great time and help contribute to a better community for all of us. They even have a cannabis education area, in the back, where they store their awards and let you look, smell, and learn more about different strains and why you like what you like.

I finally took the plunge and visited the travel agency - the prices made me want to travel right out the door, but I had done some solid research beforehand. I’m surprised to see that two of their top oil products heavy hitters and rove, were really two of the most counterfeited brands when all this first started. They make them in NY now, so that’s a big change that I hadn’t noticed/and or heard yet. That all being said I went with the HH starter pack due to the obvious ( battery plus a full Gram for 100…. ) - Acapulco Gold is an amazing hard to find strain. I guess the only downside is I’m now tied to these ā€œlicensed dispensariesā€, because they are the only ones to carry the HH pods needed - I also got the Edie Parker Vanilla Lavender nighttime.5g disposable pen which knocked me right out. I’d say, the biggest difference is that legit stuff lasts longer, so tike all tell if I should stick with these shops or be happy with the Sherbinskis I’m all stocked up on ( amazing oil and rosin joints if you haven’t tried them - and always try and get the live rosin if they have it, you’ll pay, but it’s well worth it ) - I’d give my experience a 5 if the prices didn’t include.tax - I get it, but I also believe it can be built in and/or the store should cover it with the extortionate prices - this is also why I went for the strongest form of thc - bang for your buck - puff puff passšŸ˜‹

My visit this morning went from great to uncomfortable. I placed an order online hours before walking in. Walked in and was greeted by an employee - I told them I wanted to add another strain to my pick up order.

All is recorded by phone number and in the system. Getting another order in addition to my original pre-order was a bad idea. It confused everyone somehow?

I was charged for the order, said wow the total is a lot. Tipped generously on top of my order. Only then was I showed and handed the items where I said what is this? there was clearly confusion but there were now an additional 3 items in this other order, under someone else’s phone number entirely. How does that even happen?

I found myself so uncomfortable that I apologized more than once for any confusion because I felt like they were nice. Strange this could happen if it’s all under my phone number and reserved in writing. The shift in energy was unsettling. I was made to feel as if I told them this was my order? When I didn’t even see the product. Manager was made aware and gave me the difference in my total since I was overcharged. Again, the energy was I caused the problem is the energy I received. I’ve been in customer service for years so I kept my cool and didn’t want to get anyone in trouble but I was the one made to feel like I screwed up.

I was told to go back to the computer re do my entire order again while there was a lot of attitude. 20 mins for a ā€œquick pick upā€ for 2 of the same carts just different strains.

I keep thinking about how I am way too nice, way too generous, went out of my way to specifically come here, and I’m mistaken for a fool by the team members. I should have gotten this order at a different dispensary I feel so strange after that interaction. No thank you or sorry or anything. This visit, my kindness was taken for weakness, I was treated like I’m stupid. Should have gone to HW but I liked my prior...

This review isn’t so much about the location or staff, but the product. I put off writing this review because the place was so clean, nice, and welcoming. The person who helped us was very kind, and knew a lot about the products. I’m mostly writing this to let what I think is a well intentioned store know they might need to inspect their product better. I’ve been to dispensaries in a few different places and bought flower others ways for years. All the weed we got was unfortunately the lowest quality I have ever bought from a dispensary, and mid range even for non legal back in the day flower. It’s also, not for nothing, some of the most expensive dispensary flower I have ever bought/seen priced. The pre rolls we got are suppose to be a high quality, but I found them so weak they barely had an effect for an hour. I smoked a whole one to myself before bed and it felt like old school mids. The flower we got is confusing? It’s potency doesn’t match with the THC content listed when compared with other stuff of that content I’ve smoked, it’s full of pieces of seeds, and smells like plastic in a way only fake weed usually does, in my experience. My friend uses flower for medical means, and though I asked the person who helped us specifically for weed that helps with her type of pain, she had to smoke other weed a bit later because the stuff we got from here just wasn’t working. It’s weird, and again, I want to think this place is well intentioned and something is wrong. This place is expensive and has some of the weakest weed generally I have ever gotten. I’m disappointed, I was looking forward to going back but I don’t...
