Bullpen Deli — Restaurant in New York

Ehh, I gave it a couple of chances. I use to work around the neighborhood a while ago and The food use to be good. Im back in the here for work and the last couple of times its been a bad experience. I ordered a steak and egg sandwich the other day and they gave me a philly cheese, today my coworker wants to eat here so I go with him to give it one last chance. I order a chicken cutlet sandwich, halfway into it I see the chicken is not fully cooked. I pick through the rest of the sandwich and theres more. Even worse as im picking through it I see the bottom of the roll is dark so I spread the bread and theres mold. Needless to say I threw it...

This place is nice and clean, I will give it that. But that’s all. The staff are rude, more rude than other delis in the area. And the food is below average. The turkey bacon is always par cooked I always have to cook it more when I get to work. In addition, their lunch buffet options are bland no matter which food you get. I’d say save your money and go elsewhere like Nedal on the concourse or the bodega up the block the food is wayy better now. I ordered for delivery and they failed to deliver my coffee and orange juice along with my food. When I get my delivery and notice the items missing I call the deli and the guy with a very annoyed tone tells me yea I know I forgot you drinks what you want. I tell him the drinks I paid for and he said okay I’ll send them to you and hangs up. Thirty minutes later still no drink, and they won’t pick up the phone.
