Ordered a "well done burger" received a medium rare burger but did not realize until I took a couple of bite. Brought it back to show them and the supervisory who was also on the grill did not belive me. Asked for my name and the guy at the register looked my order and confirmed I asked for well done. The supervisor said it looked medium rsre himself but gave me a hard time when I request they remake it. He tried to make it seem like I was wrong and that said the most they do is medium well which I never heard of. Meanwhile in the back there is a guy on the grill and says well you ate it you must've liked it. I ate about half of it which is when my stomach started hurting. I have been here several times and it seems to be getting worse. The same thing happened to shake shack used to be good but lost quality. I do not know why they gave me such a difficult time when I asked for well done. The supervisor also said they cook it by temperature. It's not made on a grill it's cooked above it. Five guys is better and more pleasant this place is in the armpit of the food court.
Poor customer service all they had to do was apologize and make it again instead of trying to act like I was wrong. Supervisor said himself it was medium rare I asked for WELL DONE. Also if you are dealing with a customer don't let employee talk under there breath from a far I am sure you don't treat the hwyt collars like that. Sorry I didn't tip but I'm glad I didn't you all need...
Read moreI was excited to see Burger Joint here. I can't think of anything better than having a burger and fries while waiting for my train but this place was such a disappointment. It definitely is expensive for what you're getting but I let it slide. As others have said, the wait is quite long. I went at 9 pm on a Saturday night, no one else was around, and was told it would be 20 minutes, with 4 or 5 employees working. The fries were stale and did not taste like it was just made. The burger had no flavor, the cheese was only half melted, and the buns were cold like if they were on the grill for 3 seconds. I can't imagine the quality of food I would get during rush hour. I really hope it gets better but as of now, I miss the Shake Shack at...

Stopped by today, and Gerard did not disappoint! Had several colleagues visit from the Philadelphia area, and I wanted them to try the Burger Joint. All of our orders came out perfect, the food was prepared fresh, and I could not ask for better service.
