Burger King — Restaurant in New York

This Burger King feels dark and depressing. The interior is the same as the one on Fulton Street, but that one doesn’t feel as gloomy. The food isn’t particularly great, especially the fries and nuggets. When I entered today, I was immediately hit with a cloud of smoke and the air was very foggy. It almost made me want to leave, but I decided to stay. I feel sorry for the employees who had to work in these conditions. A man walked in and thought they were on fire. The employee replied that the ventilation system was broken and that they didn’t care about the workers. He also said that if it wasn’t fixed, he wouldn’t be clocking in the next day. If I can rate this 0 stars I would. Do not order from this place at all. This place needs to be shut down cause holy moly I'm surprised it pass health inspection with this new owner. Previous owner kept this place clean and food was amazing to look forward to but now the place is a junkyard everywhere so dirty I had to clean my own table to even eat there. The food quality was also so bad I felt sick eating the cold burger with stale bread. I had also order fries and mozzarella sticks and they were burnt to the point it's not even edible and they have the audacity to tell me it's good eat while looking straight into my eyes. Yeah this new owner is getting this business shutdown and ruining the reputation the previous own Leo had for this establishment. DO NOT I REPEAT COME...

I am completely turned off from Burger King from this one Branch. I bought a mean to share with myself and a child and I was mortified at what we received. First of all, the customer service sucked to high heavens here. I realized that the Indian decent cashiers had an attitude but someone walking in that they are familiar or look like their entire demeanor changed. Be consistent with your service is all I am saying. Second I got the hardest burgers in the world with white dust on them..yes some bread gets like that but this was not fresh and I was afraid to allow the child to eat it. The fries and onion rings were hard as well. The best part was the Sprite.. the freshest thing. Such a disappointment. Cant have sucky service and...
