Read moreHere's a revised 200-word review for The Busy Bee Coffee Shop, incorporating your latest thoughts on the espresso, smoothie, avocado toast, and the staff: Review of The Busy Bee Coffee Shop Stepping into The Busy Bee Coffee Shop in NYC is like finding a vibrant, buzzing oasis amidst the city's ceaseless energy. From the moment you arrive, there's an undeniable hum of activity, a welcoming symphony of clinking cups, friendly chatter, and the rich aroma of coffee. This isn't your quiet, secluded nook; it's a dynamic hub that perfectly encapsulates the lively spirit of New York, a place where productivity meets community. The coffee experience was mostly great. My espresso was good, though it had a slightly burnt taste, likely indicating a touch of over-extraction or perhaps the machine needing a quick rinse. However, the other offerings more than made up for it. The smoothie was absolutely excellent, perfectly blended and refreshing, and the avocado toast was equally superb, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. These items are definite must-tries! Despite the constant flow of customers, the staff at The Busy Bee is truly remarkable. I absolutely loved their demeanor; they're incredibly efficient, genuinely friendly, and exceptionally accommodating. They navigate the rush with impressive grace, always ready with a smile and quick service, making you feel valued even during peak hours. It’s the ideal spot for locals and visitors alike seeking a lively, high-quality coffee experience with an authentic, energetic...
Read moreI was here not too long ago, but just an update. i wasn't pleased at my experience today. I came here this morning at 8:20-8:21 and i placed an order of an egg sandwhich and a drink. Moments later, he started to attend other customers while i was waiting 15-25 minutes and haven't started my order yet. I had time but then he was just now started to do my order and i had to leave unexpectedly. it was already 8:35am because i was late to where i needed to be. Mind you there was literally nobody in line except for those 3 customers that came in. Still haven't received my food, and didn't receive my drink until after he attended the customers. I'm heartbroken at my experience because i was a returning customer every other week and i didn't like what i experienced today. The employee was also was using his phone, while there's orders pending and didn't sanitize his hands. We don't know where the phones been. Filled with bacteria, and caused cross contamination. Check cameras, you can see what he did. This is probably my last time in this location. One simple sorry, but no accommodation for the inconvenience especially in this scenario. I...
