I ordered take out from here for the first time. Itâs a tiny place with about 4-5 tables and itâs pretty no frills. You take a large bowl and you go to the fridge and grab what you want. You then choose if you want dry or wet hotpot or Mala tang. Not sure what that means. I looove dry hot pot though. The minimum for dry hot pot is 1.3 lbs. I had to go back to the fridge a few times in order to meet the minimum requirement. I asked them to only make it a little spicy, like tiny spicy, and they did it perfectly. I loved the dish they made for me when I got home. My meal also comes with one serving of white rice. My only qualm is that even though it says 15.99 a lb, I had to get 1.3 lbs which equated to about $20. So expect one dry hot pot to be a minimum of $20 which seems a bit pricey. I will come back though once I get the hang of the system. I usually do UberEats but they up charge so much that maybe $20 isnât a lot to pay? The staff is friendly and accommodating. When leaving I saw a customer eat a HUGE broth hot pot. It looked delicious. Not sure what it was. The meal for me was like 6 servings, but Iâm sure for others it counts as only...
Read moreFood is fine, 1st time I went I saw a hair over the shrimp, I nicely informed the coworker and I understood sometimes it happened. The 3rd time I went I ordered from an app for take out which I initially planned to take out the food. Unfortunately, things happens unpredictably, I ordered at 12:10pm but I wonât make it until 2pm. So I chose to eat there, the lady who might be the boss is so interestingly funny. She came to me and saidâ if you ordered from the app, you should not eat here as dine inâ I was so shocked. If you donât allow your customer eat there then please put it as a note on the app so everyone can see. Most ridiculously, the store was empty without a single customer at 2pm, I didnât occupy her Walk In customersâ seats at all. Her response is the app charged her a high fee, excuse me! The app charged you the fee, not your customers , if you donât want to work with them then donât let your customers ordered from APP. FUNNy way of doing business and treating the...
Read moreIâve been visiting here for over 2yrs now! I literally come here at least once a month, used to come here like once a week when I was so obsessed with dry hotpot but I canât anymore because itâs too far.. This place is literally the best place that you can enjoy hotpot:) If you are not good at spicy like me, go for clear soup instead of putting spice for hot pot! So so goodđ you canât eat this kind of clear soup hot pot in other places!! My hubby and I always order clear soup hot pot with tiny spicy dry pot (a little bit of spiciness for me - then we wash the spice in the clear soup if itâs too hot - thatâs our recipe) plus, the owner is so nice and she genuinely cares her customers & works really hard even though the restaurant is so popular now so she doesnât have to work like...
