I ordered take out from here for the first time. It’s a tiny place with about 4-5 tables and it’s pretty no frills. You take a large bowl and you go to the fridge and grab what you want. You then choose if you want dry or wet hotpot or Mala tang. Not sure what that means. I looove dry hot pot though. The minimum for dry hot pot is 1.3 lbs. I had to go back to the fridge a few times in order to meet the minimum requirement. I asked them to only make it a little spicy, like tiny spicy, and they did it perfectly. I loved the dish they made for me when I got home. My meal also comes with one serving of white rice. My only qualm is that even though it says 15.99 a lb, I had to get 1.3 lbs which equated to about $20. So expect one dry hot pot to be a minimum of $20 which seems a bit pricey. I will come back though once I get the hang of the system. I usually do UberEats but they up charge so much that maybe $20 isn’t a lot to pay? The staff is friendly and accommodating. When leaving I saw a customer eat a HUGE broth hot pot. It looked delicious. Not sure what it was. The meal for me was like 6 servings, but I’m sure for others it counts as only...

Food is fine, 1st time I went I saw a hair over the shrimp, I nicely informed the coworker and I understood sometimes it happened. The 3rd time I went I ordered from an app for take out which I initially planned to take out the food. Unfortunately, things happens unpredictably, I ordered at 12:10pm but I won’t make it until 2pm. So I chose to eat there, the lady who might be the boss is so interestingly funny. She came to me and said” if you ordered from the app, you should not eat here as dine in” I was so shocked. If you don’t allow your customer eat there then please put it as a note on the app so everyone can see. Most ridiculously, the store was empty without a single customer at 2pm, I didn’t occupy her Walk In customers’ seats at all. Her response is the app charged her a high fee, excuse me! The app charged you the fee, not your customers , if you don’t want to work with them then don’t let your customers ordered from APP. FUNNy way of doing business and treating the...

I’ve been visiting here for over 2yrs now! I literally come here at least once a month, used to come here like once a week when I was so obsessed with dry hotpot but I can’t anymore because it’s too far.. This place is literally the best place that you can enjoy hotpot:) If you are not good at spicy like me, go for clear soup instead of putting spice for hot pot! So so good😌 you can’t eat this kind of clear soup hot pot in other places!! My hubby and I always order clear soup hot pot with tiny spicy dry pot (a little bit of spiciness for me - then we wash the spice in the clear soup if it’s too hot - that’s our recipe) plus, the owner is so nice and she genuinely cares her customers & works really hard even though the restaurant is so popular now so she doesn’t have to work like...

I had delivery through ubereats and found out that the soup base has been spilled inside bag. I found out that the package has been opened that they did not close it tight.. so it was not a deliveryman fault..plus all the portion of the ingredients that we order for hotpot, please put their portions evenly instead of put one ingredient too much!! we found out that glass noodle and lotus roots came too much compare to other ingredients, for example hot pot wide noodle came little bit...soupbase was too salty as well even though we put a note saying not too make it too salty...:( we end up put hot water a lot into soupbase...

Came here for the dry pot. The environment was cozy with friendly staff. Overall flavor was good but beware that the spice level is cranked way up. Even at the lowest spicy level, I would say its easily a medium everywhere else. I suggest order mild since they provide additional chili at the table if need more. Price was also a bit high. Was not expecting to pay over $50 for 2.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. This picture doesn't do it justice but I'm not the type to take pics of my food unless I've tried and first and determined that it's worthy of being documented. And that's what this was: the tastiest hot pot I've had to date. And I've had many. I'm sure this place will be very successful one day.
