Place was ok massage was going well (little rough which i did mention to the lady while she was doing it). Upon leaving we were harassed into giving a larger tip which i found was extremely disrespectful and rude. I thought the other review was over reacting but definitely not. First time there you should never pressure or demand a tip from your customer especially when you received a tip and was holding it in your hand. My husband and I had a message for $65. Lady in counter kept saying when ppl come here and get message we usually get $20. I said ok? Lol but she legit kept staring at me holding the money I gave her and kept asking for $20 each. I gave $15 each and she still kept on going, itās crazy. Then i asked her if you charge people $20 tip because u keep telling me to give you $20 each person. She said no we dont charge but people give us $20 for tip if they had a good massage if it was ok then they give us $15. LOL are you kidding me? She roughly asked for $20 tip each probably 10x then I handed her another $10 and walked out. I really wanted this place to be my go-to. But if they want to harass you for a $20 tip they should change their price and not lie to customers and say its $65 when they really mean $85.
Not how you do business.
Yes they asked if i wanted water at the register and we both said no thank you and they asked again and we said no, then they gave us a cup anyway lol before demanding the $20/each and of course we are fully aware on how to tip. We also know when you are forcing a higher tip from a customer and then you claim that you are not. Itās...

In fairness I didn't complain but my body and extremities were ice and the woman who was massaging absolutely knew it was cold. It was 90 minutes and it felt as though the woman doing the massage didn't really know how to manage that time well and was stalling almost. There wasn't a flow to the whole thing and at times I felt really lost at what was going on... poking at the bony area of my spine was odd.... it was couples massage and the two women who were doing our massage were chatting a lot... loudly.... a lot.... oh and there's this - at the start, no one asked us if we have any injuries or any areas that they should handle with more care. In fact, no one introduced themselves or said much of anything to us. We were led to a room and left there to figure it out I guess. We figured it out but it was an odd start to an odd 90 minutes. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here twice. The place is noisy. After you get the massage, the person who massaged you will follow you and wait with you at the front desk for you to pay the front desk person and they stare at you until you give a tip. If you donāt give then the amount they want, theyāre going to first pressure you into giving a tip or giving more than what you already passed. They will to talk bad about you in their language and give you the evil eye. The massages are okay, I say itās ok because many of the people who massage here canāt understand English well so they donāt know exactly what you want, the amount of pressure and which areas to focus on. What many workers fail to understand, is tipping is OPTIONAL.
In North America, tips are OPTIONAL. Make sure the employees fully understand that after reading this.
To the owner, the workers arenāt getting paid enough, PAY THEM MORE and stop having them pressure people into tipping or tipping more! I will never come...
