Fiori Flowers — Local services in New York

Walked into the store and ordered flowers for 9 am. Paid 20$ for delivery although I live few blocks away, but this is fine. I wanted the flowers delivered by 9 am, which I was told was fine. However, on the day of the delivery, I didn’t receive flowers at 9 am. I called 4 times without any response, then finally someone called me back. I was asked to give my information all over again… I asked when will I be expecting my flowers, they told me 10 am due to the traffic. What? What traffic? I live 10 minutes away… how can it be delayed for 1 hour if I live few blocks away? The person on the phone was telling it’s my fault for not telling the entire place about my order… but I told the cashier who took down my entire information. Then I was told they don’t do deliveries exactly at 9 and it was my fault I chose that time? What???? Literally what? Why didn’t the cashier tell me this. i was the only customer in the store browsing their flowers and floral arrangements for 25 minutes and noticing most of their arrangements had older flowers. wanting fresh bouquets I asked a worker there if I could get 2 $40 floral bouquets to which he rolled his eyes and pointed to the ready made bouquets, I told him I was not interested in the ready made bouquets and his response was to roll his eyes and tell me he couldn’t make them and walked away from me. Confused I asked you can’t make 2 $40 bouquets to which he stood there moon eyed and quiet. To be fair another person told me he would make them but implied it would take a long time to make 2 $40 arrangements. Confused I said no and walked out down the block to another flower shop who without an attitude made 2 gorgeous $50 dollar arrangements for me...

Fiori Flowers is my FAVORITE flower shop ever. First off, when you walk into his store you just know you will be getting high quality, beautiful and phenomenal smelling flowers. If you buy flowers religiously you know that after a few days they begin to develop a terrible odor but with Fioris flowers they AGE amazingly and actually smell amazing dead too lol! I purchase from Fiori for every occasion and refuse to go anywhere else. He is the sweetest, and prioritizes his customers and makes sure every order comes out to nothing but perfection.
