Mi Casa — Restaurant in New York

I have ordered from the restaurant on seamless, I ordered the Combo 3 and a Fried Pork Mofongo for my family of 4. The ETA was 1 hour from the time we ordered, which was at 3:30 pm. At the time the order was supposed to arrive. We called the restaurant and they gave us little to no information about our order. We called multiple times between the times we ordered to the time it actually arrived, the phone line was busy and when they picked up, they said that the delivery is on its way and that was it. The order came 3 hours after we ordered. The food was delicious but the order of beans, that comes with the combo, had more sauce than actual beans. Also the salad, that also included in the combo, was more of a personal salad than an actual platter, wasn’t enough for the four of us. And they also gave us the wrong 2 liter soda. I ordered the stewed chicken with rice and beans. I didn't get a lot of chicken for the higher price charged. It was $15.00 for the larger container. The same size container everyone else charges $12.00 for. The lady serving the food did not speak English. I asked her how much she charged for it before she started making it. I said 3 times, but she kept making the plate. After she was done, she then went and got a co-worker who spoke English. I was upset, but since she made it already, I took the food. I order the same exact thing at other Spanish food restaurants, and I get 5 pieces of chicken. She only gave me 3 pieces. That's 5 pieces of chicken for $12.00 and 3 for $15.00. Hmm. horrible, i just called ordered a pc of salmon and the salad and red beans on the side,.. they gave me the rice instead of salad so i brought it back. She said if she takes the rice back for the salad it will be the same price. Ok no problem, i then sat down to wait for the salad. She comes back with an attitude giving me the salad, and then she takes the beans off my table. ( i said 4 times what i wanted once they gave me the rice which was the salmon rice and beans) so now i'm asking her why did she take them she said "if i return the rice then it comes with the beans" like MISS THE PRICE DID NOT CHANGE. $15.00 for a small salmon and salad. I do not mind paying for quality food when its quality but this woman was extremely RUDE and was not listening. She was so busy getting aggravated that they kept messing up my order.
