Food is okay pork is always salty prices are ridiculous and most of the girls at the register and when you order are very rude. They have no manners in talking to people. I honestly hate going there, but sometimes I go because my mom is in the nursing home across the street and is craving something. I try to go to other places most of the time. Lay off the Adobo the cook over salts the food. He kills the pernil with Adobo. There are too many girls working where the food is and they have their favorite clients and even if you wait, they overlook you and jump to them. I have to let them know I'm next. It's a mess going there. I met the owner once and he met my mom and was very nice, but when he not around its crazy. McDonald's is more organized. Respond to the owner. The pernil is over salted sir. It should taste all the flavor that go into it not salt. As far as your staff you need to supervise it more. By me calling you at the time not going to resolve the problem. Their attitude is their number one problem. Too many ladies behind the counter too much attitude. Work with your team supervise them and watch them. Reduce the amount of ladies you have working in that area. Some of them don't even like each other. Cashier is very rude doesn't even look at you when talking to you. That said, there was one downside that took away from an otherwise perfect visit: the smell of cigar smoke near the entrance. While the restaurant itself is non-smoking (which I love), some patrons were standing right outside the door smoking cigars, and the scent definitely drifted in. It’s a bit frustrating, especially if you’re sensitive to smoke or just don’t want that lingering smell before a meal.

I remember I ordered one time around 5pm and the food never was put in the system Because the workers were to busy gossiping and forgot my food and multiple times when I ordered something and the wrong thing would arrive. Today that occur I ordered white rice and received yellow rice. I call back saying they sent the wrong item they acknowledged their wrong doing the way they responded was unacceptable.
