Food is okay pork is always salty prices are ridiculous and most of the girls at the register and when you order are very rude. They have no manners in talking to people. I honestly hate going there, but sometimes I go because my mom is in the nursing home across the street and is craving something. I try to go to other places most of the time. Lay off the Adobo the cook over salts the food. He kills the pernil with Adobo. There are too many girls working where the food is and they have their favorite clients and even if you wait, they overlook you and jump to them. I have to let them know I'm next. It's a mess going there. I met the owner once and he met my mom and was very nice, but when he not around its crazy. McDonald's is more organized. Respond to the owner. The pernil is over salted sir. It should taste all the flavor that go into it not salt. As far as your staff you need to supervise it more. By me calling you at the time not going to resolve the problem. Their attitude is their number one problem. Too many ladies behind the counter too much attitude. Work with your team supervise them and watch them. Reduce the amount of ladies you have working in that area. Some of them don't even like each other. Cashier is very rude doesn't even look at you when talking to you. The amount of disrespect is on another level. In addition some of these ladies dress like they work at Hooters bar. What's that about getting more tips ?
