STAY AWAY FROM HERE. UNSANITARY DISGUSTING. Never saw them change gloves. Cooking food, handling money and taking out trash and continuing to cook with the same gloves. Unless you want to waste your time. Waited 50 mins for my order. Never got it. My food was given to a Dominican customer that came after me because he said he'll give them $5 extra to take whatever they are working on. Turns out that was my order. I took a look around and noticed that all the Dominican customers were getting their food prioritized but me, the African uber eats delivery driver, and the African American gentlemen were all there for 40+ minutes waiting. They will never have my business. To the owner of this establishment, understand that what you and your staff are doing will be noticed and you will lose access to uber eats delivery clients as well as the community you are based in. Food was good but although it was good it was not worth waiting almost 2 hours for. They need to make improvements offer something for such a long wait time when I originally thought i placed my order the guy said give it 25-30 i asked again said it would be done soon waited over 30 mins order never came turns out there was no ticket available the order was never made despite having zelle’d them for it when i went up a 3rd time. The owner remembered giving us the price so we can zelle and we finally spoke to him since he was the only one who had some type of recollection of the order i placed. First time there because of all the bragging about their food. Ordered a beef chimi to go and the pics just shows the outside. Every piece I bit into tasted like burnt/charcoal 🤮.The inside of the chimi had scrapings of the burnt stuff in it. Dammm and I was definitely looking forward to a good tasting chimi. Barbarasos... it was 8pm when I got there and there were no other customers so there's no excuse. You burn the food just do another one, don't expect the customer to eat ur mistake. (I came to see this burnt food when I got home) I wished I checked before leaving the place. I would not have been nice about it. I won't b going near this place again. First impressions...
