First things first, they be drunk in this store packaging orders and making food. There were SEVERAL times that I ordered RED SNAPPER fish for $16 and they gave me some fish that I can't identify but it definitely wasn't a red snapper that I spent my money on expecting. They send whatever they want or have. Whenever you call, they NEVER speak english. The lady screams 'NO ENGLISH' and hangs up the phone. Mad RUDE! Last night was my last straw, i ordered food an HOUR AND 30 MINS before closing on their app(don't order on there btw) and food NEVER CAME!!! I called to see at 10:25 since i know they close at 11:00, and they said no one speak english and that the store was closed. We kept calling and she kept hanging up. Mindful that as we talking, i hear maaaad laughter and music in the back, but they closed? I had to walk over there and DEMAND my refund cause they played. I am neverrrr ordering from there again. And ima translate this to spanish so them rude humans can understand this review and fix they issues.

(SPANISH) NO ORDENES DESDE AQUI!! Lo primero es lo primero, se beben en esta tienda empaquetando pedidos y haciendo comida. Hubo VARIAS veces que pedí pescado RED SNAPPER por $16 y me dieron un pescado que no puedo identificar, pero definitivamente no era un huachinango en el que gasté mi dinero esperando. Envían lo que quieren o tienen. Siempre que llamas, NUNCA hablan inglés. La señora grita 'NO HAY INGLÉS' y cuelga el teléfono. Loco grosero! Anoche fue mi última gota, pedí comida una HORA Y 30 MINUTOS antes de cerrar en su aplicación (no pidas allí por cierto) y la comida NUNCA LLEGÓ. Llamé para ver a las 11:25 porque sé que cierran a las 11:30 y dijeron que nadie hablaba inglés y que la tienda estaba cerrada. Seguimos llamando y ella seguía colgando. Consciente de que mientras hablamos, escucho muuuuchas risas y música en la parte de atrás, pero ¿cerraron? Tuve que caminar hasta allí y EXIGIR mi reembolso porque tocaron. Nunca volveré a pedir desde allí. Y voy a traducir esto al español para que los humanos groseros puedan entender esta revisión y solucionar...

If my rating is about food, I have to say, grilled chicken is great, baked salmon here is the best around, and customer service is excellent. In another hand, I find that music is a little bit loud and feel is kind of annoying as I'm not the kind of person who enjoy típico, bachata or "perico ripiao" and all that type of music rumbling in the ears, plus have to be speaking outloud to get an order. NO ORDENEN DE ESTE LUGAR!! Porque decidí explicar esto? Porque no es la primera vez que me pasa aqui en este lugar.

Pides arroz, maduros , vacalao y soda (toda la comida separada y la orden llega toda junta, sin maduros y sin soda. Aaa pero te envían la factura como si la orden está correcta.

Llamas para reclamar y te insultan con una actitud tipica de las meseras Dominicanas sin educación, te dicen que no puede ir nadie llevarte la orden arreglada que bajes tu si quieres.

Luego que pagas y das propina al que llevo tu comida mal.

Me aparezco en persona a reclamar y la misma mujer que me hablo mal por teléfono la encuentro riéndose hablando mal de mi reclamo o SEA ELLA CREE QUE NO SE PUEDE RECLAMAR EN USA.

Si para ti que lees y quieres saber quien es es una mujer morena con el pelo pintado de rubio en el turno de las 3 pm hoy viernes 10 de Septiembre burlona y desagradable ella.

Donde ella me expresó con tono de burla que siga mi queja no cambiaria nada.

Lo que si debe de cambiar es que todo el que quiera comer aqui lo pensara mil veces ya que estas mujeres estan sirviendo muy mal por estar pendiente a todo menos su trabajo. Y baje a que me arreglen la comida y ni por cortesia me dejaron el cambio tal cual NOOOO!! Me cobraron según ellos $6 mas 👎🏽
