Cestra's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

On 10-04-23, I was in to this place, bought a slice of pizza, pay and sit down to wait for the pizza, pizza was ready I left, and went home, realized that I don’t have my wallet, and the only place I took my wallet out of my pocket was this place, come back and ask for owner to show me video while I was there, son of owner start with the story father no at location, and father is only one with acces to camera, I replied when owner will be there, continue with his story with father 6 hrs difference in other country, and no effort to resolved my request at all, apparently acting like hiding something, $500 dollars cash +2 credit cards and lic driver in wallet, no a good business to buy , not protect customer in case something happen to a regular or non...

Had a horrible experience called in an order on my way home and the gentleman (nick) said ready in 15 minutes, I actually got there a half hour later and the guys couldn’t find a ticket with my order I said “this is ridiculous I called 30 minutes ago and you told me ready in 15 his response was next time will just tell you 45 minutes. So they rushed a pie and put it in the box when I got home I found a pie that was barley cooked. So because of there mess up I paid to throw the food out.
