This location used to have great food, great service and even the atmosphere was great. This has all changed. During the past several months, it has gotten progressively worse. The friendly service no longer exists, the atmosphere is horrible, the food is just horrible. Almost 90% of the time when you order you are confronted with empty stainless steel for containers on the food line. If you are looking for vegies forget about it. During my previous 7 visits, they had vegies available only once and even then they put about a teaspoon of of unseasoned unidentifiable type vegies on my bowl. In each visit the sour cream was like milk, the lettuce was soft and in some cases brown, several times they would only have either chicken or steak (many times with either little or no seasoning and several times under cooked chicken, several occasions there would be nobody in the kitchen preparing food so they would constantly run short of rice (especially brown rice). The serving areas where the food bins are, are always filthy, never wiped down. The servers are more interested in having private conversations between themselves rather the waiting on the customers waiting online. All of these shortages are occurring before and during the normal meal hour of 5-6pm. I am never going to purchase from this location in the future and recommend that all others follow suit.
I decided to see if things had changed since my last visit. NOPE. I ordered a bowl. The individual preparing my order used a large serving spoon, but made sure she shook off every item the was over a tablespoon size. When I complained to her about the portion size of the chicken she put in bowl (about a table spoon) she rolled her eyes at me and put another small table spoon of chicken in. When I went to the register , she told the cashier to charge me as a double order of chicken. When I complained to the cashier,he just rolled his eyes. The normal price was $13 but the charged me $18. I will never go back and suggest others...
Read moreI stopped by this restaurant to get me a chicken wrap as i noticed everybody is working doing what they do best,however as my order is been made the sister on the line is making the or should i say finishing the order's,so my wrap already has 3 items on it but before it got to the final lady on the line i noticed between the two ladies whom are working on the orders a brother put some more cooked food on the line as he made a mess with meat sauce and the lady at the end of the line made some mess to woth pieces of cheese and other stuff so am waiting to see what are they going to do about the mess on the table line where my wrap and other orders are been process,so i then as the first lady hey is anybody going to clean that up,she reply they will,s minute pass as the other lady is doing tray orders,then my wrap was picked up by the lady at end of line and placed on all that mess o looked at the first lady whom took my order and said what is going on my food is been handle in a nasty messy table,yet they all looked at me like i said something wrong,i understand that your busy and taking left n right orders but all it takes a second to clean up,your dealing with peoples food,so i canceled my order that was not a good look for this store location,and this is a regular thing with how they handle peoples food,shhhh and i was feeling for a wrap 🤢 what they dont know that i work for the health department,these workers are too relaxed up...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my visit today and will never return to my neighborhood Chipotle. Upon arrival, I was told there were no bowls available, but they could serve my food in the aluminum top of the bowl and cover it with foil. I was already frustrated because I specifically wanted a bowl, and I didn’t feel that serving my food in foil was safe or healthy. I then decided to ask for a burrito instead. It took two employees and three attempts to get the burrito wrapped correctly, while they were laughing and talking over my food. At this point, I just wanted a refund.
To make matters worse, I noticed that bowls were available for mobile pick-up orders, yet they refused to use them for in-store customers. I immediately requested a refund. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unpleasant, with a distinctly unsanitary atmosphere. Even the manager came out, processed my refund without any questions or apologies, and the whole situation felt extremely unprofessional. I will never return.
