So I was reluctant to stop here because I was supposed to be on a diet LOL. It turned out that I got a small order fries. Which I guess is not bad being that I what's on my cheat day. Nonetheless it was the correct day to go because I was greeted by a very nice employee by the name of Charles. When I look at the menu I was very perplexed as to why a milkshake what cause nearly $7 I just didn't understand what in the world was in this milkshake. I never heard any great reviews about Five Guys milkshake so that made me more reluctant to try it. I asked Charles why so expensive. Without all the little talk that we had he asked me what is my favorite flavor I said if it's not free it's not for me basically. He gave me a sample of blueberry and I tried it. It was good it tasted of peanut butter which brought to my taste buds A Familiar Taste it was for Charles to just simply say peanut butter and jelly and sure enough that's exactly what it tasted like. But I did not purchase it because I had already had the prize and maybe just maybe somewhere down the line I might try it. I would have given this review of five star but during a pandemic milkshake nearly $7 come on Five Guys y'all can do better than that. Not only because of a pandemic but I can go to Carvel or Baskin Robbins and get a milkshake for way less and taste good. But the four-star alone goes to the employee Charles. Very very professional great marketing skills and it's he would ever like to work with me I will gladly have him aboard. I'm not trying to steal your employees but you got yourself a very motivated individual there who obviously works with dignity, Pride, and very courteous. Great job to you Charles and I hope the supervisors...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a DoorDash driver for almost 6 years with a 5-star rating and have never experienced discriminationāuntil today. I went in to pick up an order and there was another Dasher there as well. The staff member, a Spanish/light-skinned guy with an attitude, handed the order to the other driver without question. When it was my turn, he told me to āconfirmā the order first. I asked why he didnāt ask the other driver to do the same, and his response was, āOh, because he has a helmet on and you donāt.ā
So just because Iām a woman without a helmet, Iām suddenly suspicious or untrustworthy? That logic is offensive and discriminatory. When I called him out on the double standard, he got defensive and said, āNext time I wonāt give you the order.ā Completely unprofessional.
I was actually considering coming back to eat here personally, but after that negative energy and disrespectful attitude, I absolutely will not. This was hands down the worst customer service Iāve experienced during a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStarted off as a bad experience but the amazing Managers rectified the whole situation. First time ordering a delivery order from the Five Guys app around 5pm. Around 6pm I called the store asking about my order. Was told my order was sitting there for 30 mins waiting to be picked up. My brother stopped by and picked up the order. Fries came and were not fully cooked and milkshake was missing. Called the store and spoke to a manager that was very apologetic because this shouldnāt have happened as he was training new staff. He offered to fix my ordered but I still had to go back to pick it up. While this was happening, I left a compliant on the app and another manager called me within minutes. He was so very apologetic as well. He asked for my order number, called the store and had them re-created my whole order, along with a gift card for my inconvenience. Really appreciate the exceptional customer service. ...
