I can honestly say, I hate going to THIS location. My daughter's love coldstone, and this is the location nearest to our home. This location is RUN by the employees. I have yet to see anyone that resembles or exemplifies the qualities of a supervisor. The young females that work here have terrible attitudes. They should NOT work jobs such as these where they must deal with the public. Every time my two daughters and I go, they manage to mess up the orders. One of the workers put my daughter's ice cream in a waffle bowl instead of putting in in a waffle cone as she requested. The employee went on to try to convince me that she should just take it. When I insisted she make it over and use the correct waffle cones, she then tried to tell me the waffle cones were two weeks old and stale. I told her we would take it anyway. She was now forced to make the ice cream over properly. It tasted just fine. I would like to add that the female worker had extremely long and unprofessional / unsafe nails on her fingers. She made the ice cream with no gloves, and her nails had items glued to them that moved and rotated. One of those items on her nails could easily have fallen off and landed in someone's ice cream causing them to choke. The attitude of the workers is not short of abysmal.
