Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

Okay, so first let me start by saying that I will NEVER come back here again. I'm writing this as I am eating my damn near FROZEN CORN BITS BTW. What seemed like the manager of this location (woman), was veryyyy unprofessional. You would've thought I was in line at prison by the way she handled my food and passed it on. I kept telling her "a tiny bit of this, and that" and she just SLAPPED ON A WHOLE GUNK OF WHATEVER. Mind you, the rice is already suitable for a 4 year old to consume in regards to portion size. Also, NOBODY had on hair nets and the hair was not pulled back for a few of them (Health concern). The cashier seemed displaced in her role as she did not even care to mention any preferences for a drink. You can tell that this is an environment whereas the company's code of conduct is not strictly enforced. Now that I am done with my review and food, I can tell you that this place sucks so badly. You guys need to do so...

2024/3/13. The store should be open at 10:45am. I was waiting at the door at 11am, but they still closed. Now it's 11:25am, and they still not open. I don't know what's wrong with them? 🫤

2024/3/14. It was 11:05am, and the store still not open. There was a man (an employee) stand at the door. I asked him what time do they open. He just said they are not ready. I said the store supposed to open at 10:45am. Then he said it doesn't matter. If they are not ready, they won't open the store. What a horrible team work they have. They can't even get ready and open the store on time. They can't even manage the time. They keep customer waiting at the door for long time, wasting customer's time. Although their foods are delicious, their service is terrible. Horrible experience. 👎

I've noticed that this restaurant consistently fails to open on time. On several occasions, I've stopped by around 10:50 AM hoping to grab a quick bite, only to find it still closed. This can be frustrating, especially when I'm in a rush. Management should address this issue, as there are already numerous negative reviews.

I recently revisited this Chipotle location expecting a better experience, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The register wasn't ready when I arrived, and I had to wait, despite it not being a busy time. During this wait, the staff members did not demonstrate a helpful or professional attitude, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. After some time, I decided to leave. I understand that occasional issues can arise, but I hope the staff and management will address these concerns to improve service...
