Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

People just go to the one at Jamaica Center. This one have no customer service always moving slow like you begging them to serve you. This one need to just close. Can y’all at Jamaica Centre Golden Crust just take over this on please and thanks? Everytime I purchased soup from them is a container of water with oil on the top, I ordered sweet chilli chicken and asked for a little of the sauce the old woman said it’s to keep the chicken. The lilli tun colour one she don’t have nothing name manners Donal Trump need to send her back a fi har yaad. The young lady that look like the old one that cashing she slowly becoming like the others. She just sold me a large soup with two spinners and two piece of chicken the rest of food lost somewhere on the way to the large container. I cannot finish drinking the larger container of oily water. Jamaica people want to support unnu but unnu place sick people stomach now man. Unnu nuh Hab no mannaz unnu fi lock shap ah liffup frah out yah wid unnu horrible awful nasty customer service. All of their meat are swimming in a bucket of oil. This location can learn a few things from the location on parsons. Much nicer staff and move with a little swiftness. The sutphin location has some of the worst customer service ever. It’s usually always bad attitudes in Jamaican restaurants so I expect it, which is sad. I don’t get this disrespectful, unpleasant faces in other races , or Caribbean restaurants (trini, Guyanese , Haitian , etc) Always angry mean rude workers in a JA restaurant…The staff here will just stare at you like you owe them something , always screwing up their face even when you greet them kindly first. Again, I expect it but the food should at least be desirable…The food needs a lot of work. I only get patties at this point . Also the staff needs to learn how to move much faster when the line is out the door. Customer service is a HUGE problem for this location. I’m sure it will continue to be one forever. I will never go here again do not recommend at all! I will go to parsons or Jamaica instead and I’m not even close to those locations as I am the sutphin location, but yes NEVER AGAIN! Disgusting rude...

Customer service in the morning is very poor. Staff acts like they do not want to be at work. You say “Good morning” and they don’t respond. I ordered small “Ackee and codfish” she have plenty banana and yam, but barely any fish. Then when it was time to pay, I attempted to use Apple Pay (like most paying customers in 2024) but the machine is so far behind the desk it was hard for me to scan my face so I had to go inside of my backpack to get my debit card. I guess this annoyed the female staff member, so she began to yell “Ma’am tap your card, Ma’am tap your card.” So I then tap my card on the top of the machine and it does not work. She now began to yell “At the bottom ma’am, tap at the bottom, move the card down.” Very unprofessional and rude. It’s 2024, people work hard for their $$. If you want customers to continue to patronage your business, change your staff. Or train the current staff on customer service and encourage them to get some rest so they can be ready to service the morning rush! Not coming...
