What a horrible experience and the server ruin our beautiful peaceful day. Well, I went with my husband to this Chipotle on Sunday January 12, 2025. I do know English because when I came here from Puerto Rico I was 13 so I went to school and everything else. My husband is not from here and he is still learning. Plus, he has a Medical learning condition that keeps him from learning quicker than other people. I ordered my bowl and the lady who appears to be around 40 to 55 years old was serving perfectly until it was my husband's turn. There was a short lady who was at the register so she was asking me if I wanted something to drink and when I turned to my husband the same server that assisted is giving him hell just because he is white and 6ft tall and doesn't speak english well. (The same server that assisted me.) I approached my husband and started listening to the server and she said "he couldn't tell me the names of the meat instead of pointing at them." That's what she tells the other lady who is at the cashier that offered me the drink. I intervene and I tell her but what's the problem. My husband wants Brisket, chicken and this other meat that is over here. The server tells me I understand what he wants but couldn't he say the names?, Then the server also complained because my husband wanted 3 different meat the cashier intervene also to keep the situation under control and she said to the server thats ok just give him what he wants and she redirects to me and said we will charge you for the extra meat and I said that's no problem because we know what we want. So I do not understand how they manage to stay up in business when you don't want to serve more food even if the client is paying more for it. In addition, I feel like she was being racist because I ordered 2 different meats chicken and beef and she didn't say a word to me when she was serving me, so why give my husband attitude when he is pointing at what he wants so simple. I will never go back to that chipotle. We ate in and we saw that like after 3-5 minutes they had removed the lady to the back and the nice cashier and another nice tall lady started to...

This time, my discount scan did not register and the cashier did not say anything and when I inquired she told me it did not register and basically I was told to pay the full price. When I spoke with the manager she told me that it was up to the store to comp me because itās an online coupon. I have never been told that before. Itās Chipotleās coupon. Even when you go to a grocery store and the coupon does not scan if it is valid they will honor the coupon. Itās called customer service. This particular manager mustāve been trained to speak in a condescending way, and she thought that if she spoke in a very low voice it would be okay. She did not comp me either. No worries Iām gone. Not going back. I have choices. They did not feel it was worth trying to satisfy their customer. I will keep my money when I do not feel valued. I did contact Chipotle online. The response was so quick and generic I knew it was an AI response....

We both had to immediately stop eating and make sure that she was not bleeding. She chipped her back tooth and was in tears about this stupid situation. Our food was cold, we completely lost our appetite and this is not the first mishap I have had at this chipotle. The staff at 1004 Flatbush Ave is completely unacceptable. From the cooks behind the counter to the security guard goal tending peopleās orders, this location should be shut down!!! Iāve had several bad experiences but this one ventures into CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. What do you intend to do about this situation? I am sure you have plenty of complaints about this location but this is beyond anything that could be overlooked. What if she swallowed the screw and choked? Please contact me asap. I need to speak with someone in your claims department asap. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
