Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

The food is good there I have eaten from that chipotle before nice atmosphere, but the service sucks there. Go there today mind you haven’t eaten in 24 hours because I had to do a doctors appointment for seizure which I couldn’t eat so I finished and I went there to go have lunch bad enough I had to wait 10 minutes for rice to get done For the young lady to stand there and conversation with the other lady while I’m waiting here to the point where I have to ask her are you working so she turns and look at the other lady as if who I’m talking to long story short I ain’t getting no food for I had to walk out of there before my temper went else place And this was the one on Eastchester rd The look she gave me was as if I was bothering her accent. Was they working or was they on lunch break cause that’s what it looked like they was on lunch break...

Easily the most poorly managed location. They will start closing at 730pm, sign says 10pm. Good luck if you want to risk it past 8:30. Consistently, I have arrived after 8pm and they will always be out of product. It’s not like this place has a line. The workers will look hella annoyed if you come to order past 8 as well. Sucks, because they do look like they work hard. You want a beverage? Good luck. Soda machine always down. Today I came at 8:15. No chicken. No steak. No carnitas. No brisket. Idk how yall will afford to pay rent. You just lost a loyal customer. I may have earned about 10k chipotle points coming here but I have witnessed a STEEP decline. Don’t think I’ll be back, and it’ll just be another dead...

Saw the bad comments but decided to give it a shot since it was my first time ordering from this location via Doordash.

My order was placed at 7:23PM tonight, with an ETA of 8PM. I understand sometimes things happen so I didn't mind the 2 updated ETAs, nor did I mind it when the originally assigned driver reached the location then he canceled after waiting for 5 min. My patience ran out when the new driver was assigned, reached the loctionn with a final ETA updated to 8:46 to then see there was a cancelation notice 2 min later.

Never had an issue with the White Plains or Westchester Square locations. I just placed a new order at the White Plains location, pretty happy about since I can expect...
