Today while purchasing breakfast shakes for my wife and I received horrible customer service. I'm not sure if Natasha has been burned by the company for similiar situations, but I can guarantee that I'll never spend another dollar with them. The situation:
I used Samsung pay to purchase the smoothies, the transaction immediately appeared in the app and the money was immediately removed from my account. However since their machine failed to print a receipt, I was told I couldnt be given my drinks. This was due to company policy.
