I initially gave this establishment a generous rating because I felt they cared about the customer, and provided decent food for a fair price. I am editing my review due to my last experience here; As always, I order the same pork nachos through uber eats which is a buy 1 get 1 deal; about weekly for the past few months this has been working well, but they only provided me with one order of nachos this time and refused to honor the discount. This is where the importance of caring about a customer's experience comes into play because this place handled it poorly. Firstly, the woman working there does not want to hear it throw her hands up as if she is being attacked and says this is what the receipt says. Okay, is that how you talk to a customer who regularly comes, who you would like to return? The answer is no. The manager comes and explains to me that the receipt shows this, I explained that I did my routine order, and that it always comes out when applying the discount promotion. He and two other workers stopped what they were doing to explain to me why they could not do what is right. Now, I ordered nachos and I explained I would be willing to wait for another plain order-does not even need the pork. THIS IS MELTED CHEESE ON CHIPS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD; I tried explaining the math to them stating that if you do not honor this, I will not return. If that happens, a regular customer does not spend their money here, they would make more money if they swallowed their pride, melted cheese on the chips, and sent me on my merry way because it costs next to nothing. On top of that, they saw that I paid almost twice the price of the nachos that are listed on their menu, and they STILL didn’t honor it. You have 3 employees explaining why they can’t whip up a quick batch of plain nachos that would take a few minutes, instead they choose to waste their energy and time on explaining why they can’t, hiding behind technicalities of this is what we see on the receipt. They should now the receipt wouldn’t have made any sense because I paid way more than one order of their priced nachos. In this scenario, they lost money bad because I won’t be returning unless I receive an apology and an actual order. Based on how they handled this situation, I really do not think they even care so no sweat. I have worked in restaurants; there have been confusion instances with uber eats and we treated our customers right, and gave the additional order. This was a case of them easily being able to help, and just choosing not to which is not where I want to go. I’m not ordering again because they will probably try to pull the same number. Crazy how easily places were willing to disregard regular customers. The nachos were decent but one order was not enough for dinner...

I just spent my last dollar with this company, I felt so happy to spend my money here especially it being Latinos and family owned, always give a good tip, know some of the people there since I was 19 and worked around the corner, but I never realized how idiotic they run this business. I even reconsidered leaving this review, I order here about once or twice every other week, today I ordered food for me and my family and they forgot some extra chicken on the side, okay no problem I reach out they say it’s on the way, and that because of their mistake they can grant me a discount on my next order, I didn’t really care about that I just wanted them to send it out... now it’s two hours later and no food was sent out (they lied and said it was) and I said okay can you guys send it out and it’ll be on you? ($10) … Jose the manager is adamant that I can’t get it on the house.. I explain.. I just spent $50 and you guys lied and had me waiting for two hours on the rest of the food and even offered a discount… and $10 is too big of an ask? I will never order with you guys again and thank you for literally nothing because I’ve been giving you guys business just for you guys to be greedy and incompetent. Jose the manager then goes “you have two options” …. The best Mexican style food in the Bronx. I hope they deliver to your neighborhood. You can find them on most apps, but I love to order straight through their number; great prices and amazing food! All of their tacos are amazing. Actually, I love the nachos more than all of the options on their menu. Most of the options on the menu with shrimp are a clear winner! It’s worth the extra money. If you call them ask for a menu so you can see what they really have to offer. Their food always comes hot and fresh. Their ingredients and toppings are usually fresh and when you have an issues call and they will do a great job to make it up to you. Thanks for great food!
