Guys becareful before buying anything from this store. They played on your ignorance to defraud you and loin you into paying more for less furniture. I made a purchase in December 16th at this store only to be told that I have a grace to spread my payment into 3Months and or 12 Months without anyone explaining to me the terms and conditions of the credit facilities. They never gave me any copy of the contract and I never signed any document. This Store forged my signatures on the Contract document with their Progressive lease partner and Snap Finance without my consent.
The store manager hide the contract terms and never gave me any copy, I don't even know what I was into. I only believe that I was buying my first home furnitures at $2,600 and the payment plan have been spread into 12 Months. In February, I received calls from Progressive lease telling me about my payment which was running into $4,000. I am definately paying back with my life for a worth less furniture. I just receive the copy of the contract agreement today from Progressive lease after I called my bank to stop any transactions to Progressive lease and I insisted in getting a copy of the contract! Terrific experience and high intention to defraud. As a Customer, I have a right to be informed about the terms and conditions of my procurement and contracts; forging my signatures on a document I never seen, read or get a copy is a violation of my right.
I am not going to continue this payment and will go ahead at any means to make sure your store stop tricking innocent naive customers into falling into your cramps. Make me your examples as I am ready to take this up with the consumer's...
Read moreAfter weeks of searching endlessly for a sofa I happened to walk into Furniture City and was greeted by their friendly staff. Mickey spent a few min talking to me and instantly knew what I wanted. Although the delivery time was going to be a little longer than I was expecting, I felt confident and satisfied with my purchase when I left. But their service didnt end there. Mickey went so far above and beyond to accommodate my needs that I received an unexpected phone call from him when I got home to let me know he had managed to have the sofa loaded onto a truck and had the sofa delivered the very next day. Not only did the sofa arrive the next day their staff assembled the the sofa so quickly and cleaned all the packing materials up leaving my place like it was before they got there. I'm rearranging my existing furniture at this very moment and making room for more. I am definitely going back for the loveseat, chairs and who knows what else. I cant tell you how grateful I am for their amazing service, product knowledge and ability to select the perfect piece that truly reflects my style, my personality, works within my budget and transformed my space into my home. Thank you thank...

" I went to furniture city in the Bronx and was sold a sofa. Upon delivery, the item was defective and you could see the foam coming from under the couch. I have tried for MONTHS to get this fixed. I have been given the run around about getting it fixed. They said it was up to me to connect with their tech to get it fixed -and the tech does not answer. After communicating through email, they finally coordinate for a tech to come to my home. The tech saw the defective items and did nothing. I went in person and the sales woman, Yadira, said she would help me with the situation and proceeded to sell me a chimney. The chimney was also defective when it was installed. Yadira, said she had nothing to do with the repairs and she was simply the sales person. I do not trust her anymore. I simply want to get the items I purchased fixed and replaced, but am never given anything concrete. They just always respond "don't worry we'll get this fixed". They've been saying...
