He [ the staffed employee ], couldn't tell me if, the landlord's had written agreements whereby a person who becomes roommate's with another person, had a locked in $175 a week for 12month's agreement. If I move into a unit / room-to-share living situation..., I want to feel secured that I'll be staying for at least 12month's at the agreed upon $175 a week rate, and not be surprised 3 month's into a situation, with a rent increase.
He [ the staffed employee ], couldn't tell me if the Landlord's has [ quiet ]..,[ light's out ] during the business week agreements with the tenants. We all need sleep at night during the week.
He [ the staffed employee ], couldn't tell me geographical area's or any intel.., on proximity of close to train station where a apartment was located. It would make sense to have this intel..,in marketing a place to rent.
He [ the staffed employee ]., couldn't tell me if the Landlord's has cleaning/ spray for bugs / roaches/ insect extermination monthly inspections. Or even, if there was a roommate living in the same 3 bedroom { "room-to-share" } apartment cleaning schedule, that the 3 person's sharing the apartment had to contribute to the cleanliness of the apartment weekly.
He [ the staffed employee ]., didn't even have photo's of the properties, or rooms inside of the apartments. I'm sure this would market well with not only the Landlord's, but the possible new tenants, who would want to see what the unit looks like. I guess this [ #5 ] has to be kept...

Otherwise, you will get rooms that look extremely distasteful. It’s unfortunate that most people do not have smart phones, and are forced to work with these “agencies”, but at least give the individuals who are willing to work with you quality rooms with reliable landlords. They are still human beings, nonetheless. Good luck to those searching, but don’t rely on these kind of agencies. Use apps.
Additional note: The fact that the owner can respond to a review, but not a phone call in regards to a bad experience speaks volumes. Yes, $175 is the lowest you can pay, however keep in mind, you will absolutely get what you pay for. No, I am not client, but I am close to one of your clients who gave you $175 in good faith that you will help him/her. You failed said person not once, but three times. So no, it’s not “speculation” when I have seen the rooms Dave has offered. At least, offer a refund if a person chooses not to move into any rooms. But no, they pocket your money, and do not follow up with you ever again. Again, distasteful, unreliable, and poor...
