Cocina Latina — Restaurant in New York

I was very displeased with the service. At arriving I asked the woman if they took card and she said that they did. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo as written on the menu after a 20 minute wait (which I found reasonable) and I received chicken Alfredo which is not what I asked for. When I told the woman that this wasn't what I asked for she argued with me that I should have made the distinction and told her that I didn't want chicken in my pasta. I told her that there are 3 forms of fettuccine Alfredo on the menu one with chicken, one with shrimp and the other plain if I didn't make the distinction she shouldn't have assumed or she could have just double checked. She still insisted that I pay the extra fee for the Chicken that I did not ask for so I finally agreed to pay it. Then when she was charging me I also noticed the bill came out to more than I expected and she told me that they charge a fee for using a credit card. I asked her why she didn't tell me that when I asked her the first time and she said she simply forgot. I feel as though I was being hustled for my money and I was very dissatisfied. Id STRONGLY advise not to eat here, Ever!! ... Only July 10th i ordered a Combo #1 - Rice, Beans, Salad, Soda and a Whole Chicken for $20; When i got home the chicken smelled odd -like an old "vinegar mojito" scent. The white rice tasted over cooked (burned-bombao) and the beans werent too bad. Overall that day was "Um, Not Good" at my best review. July 23rd I figure id give it another try to see if maybe it was just me being to critique on this place... NEVER AGAIN!! I reordered the Combo #1 and this time the Yellow Rice was DISGUSTING. It smelled like PURE VINEGAR, the chicken had NO FLAVOR unless it was the skin, the beans were tasteless. To test out my own taste buds i asked my neighbor to try a little rice/beans/chicken... She literally SPIT it out on my plate after a spoonful. She said the same thing ive been feeling this whole time. I Called them and returned the whole combo and got my money back. Cocina Latina is a few blocks away from the delivery address and it still arrived an hour late. I ordered catering delivery for a work related meeting yesterday, 12/26/18, called several times today, 12/27/18, and specified its importance, time of delivery, and address. The restaurant assigned me a point of contact who was polite, but the service is horrible. The delivery person didn't even have a pen on hand to sign the receipt for their own records. Needless to say, the staff at the meeting are not at all happy. I will not be ordering from this...
