Pizza Hut ...you have got to get it together! Waited over 2 HOURS for delivery - called over 23 Times and kept being put on hold, most of the time without even saying "Thanks for calling Pizza Hut, please Hold" instead, elevator music will just start playing - no intention on answering my call - Had to walk 20 minutes to find out what's the hold up since no one was taking calls - come to find the cashier laughing and lollygagging with someone that didn't appear to be a customer - telephone ringing off the hook with probably other annoyed customers - order tickets printing non stop - and finally after what seem to be 5 minutes after lollygagging , the cashier finally asks if I ordered online? Yes. For delivery? Yes. He saw that I was frustrated and impatient and apologized for the delay there's over 52 deliveries and one driver. I hate excuses. Initially was only going to compensate me for the $4 Delivery Fee - took another look at my face and compensated for half off. My to medium pizzas were ready to go but oh wait - they forgot my chicken wings - so now I had to wait another 10 minutes. In comes the delivery driver with no sense of urgency - the place was short staffed - my pizzas were cold and the boxes were soft and wet from the pizzas standing for so long - Had to walk back home for another 20 minutes with wet pizza boxes and chicken wings. Entire situation lasted over 3 hours! Never again... Unless I feel like getting meals for half the price .. Corporate - either Re-Staff or Re-Train the staff, Or just shut down this Pizza Hut franchise.. It's a great example of a...
Read moreThis is the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever been to. Let’s begin with the fact that my order was $60.34 for 2 pizzas, 8 wings, and a brownie. I received a call when my order was complete and already leaving the store. The employee said “I’m sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t have the dessert you want, would you like something else”. I told her no just refund the money for the amount of the brownie. She told me she couldn’t do that and she had to issue a store credit and she told me she would make it $10 instead of $7.99. When I told her I still wanted a refund, she got annoyed. She advised me that there was no other alternative and then I said fine and knew that I would not order from this location again. I then hung up but called back 1-2 minutes later and asked for the order to be cancelled and to refund the full amount back to my card. She was annoyed but said she’ll cancel the order. It’s a week later and I still have not received my refund, so I went into the store and spoke to the girl at the front who pretended to be a manager and knew nothing about nothing. She gave me like 5 different stories until I kept questioning her regarding my issue. She then came out and said my refund was never initiated and then told me they only issue refunds when customers submit a complaint. This is why some people should not be in customer service. It should not matter if the customer submits a complaint or not, if the customer wants an order to be cancelled and opted out of receiving the food and services then a refund is rightfully due. Read moreI ordered food at 8:45, it was 10:10 and I decided it was enough time for the pizza to have been delivered considering I live, at most, 10 minutes away. I called about 4 times, no answer. I have now gotten a call around 10:40 with someone asking if we ordered from Pizza Hut. I replied yes and they proceed to tell me that the delivery person called once and it went straight to voicemail, this happens with my phone I don’t know why but it always appears as a missed call on my phone, there was none. I don’t believe they called I believe this was just an excuse, but whatever benefit of the doubt. They ask me if I still want my order, nearly 2 hours later. My brother at this point is mad because he came back from a soccer game and was hungry, I made him rice and chicken and he didn’t want Pizza Hut anymore because they took too long and he already had food. He told me to leave a bad review and that’s what I’m doing. Other than that, I don’t have anymore complaints except that when I told the person on the phone that I did not want the order anymore, they hung up almost immediately, kind of rude, but I don’t care.
