Coney Waffle, Ice Cream and Sweet Shop — Restaurant in New York

Incident On 06-27-2023 around 5:30pm to 5:50pm. The employee that was there was so disrespectful, didn’t even hear our order properly, messed up my order, was so rude, used vulgar language just because I said “I’m not taking the wrong order”. Sadly this dude had a bad day behind the ice cream bar & took it out on the people who looked different from him. He is thin, has tattoos, ear pierced & harsh voice. Absolutely horrible experience. I’m sorry this dude needs help. Whoever is owner of this store should take this seriously, you don’t want your family members to feel threatened because of how they look. Absolutely disgusting customer service. 0 star...

Honestly i wouldnt even 1 star the employee in the store was so disrespectful and he had the guts to throw the ice cream away and tell me to get out the store just cuz i refused to accept ice cream that he decided to give even after i refuse. I am a hijabi i feel like he did that just cuz of that. It was very hurtful i had to leave the store with my 4 years old without the ice cream. I would definitely not recommend anyone to this place....

Was feeling a bit nostalgic so I stopped here to get a funnel cake. I vaguely remember it being puffier and more funnely than what I bought today.
