Cosmo's — Restaurant in New York

This diner loves the COPS but hates its neighbors. They refuse to deliver in my neighborhood because the delivery boys get harassed and or robbed. My neighborhood became the safest around Tremont because NYPD felt the need to install cameras. I even went so far as to get the delivery boys number just to keep it simple and now when I call they refuse to pick up my call. I've never been cheap or rude to this store even the delivery boy can't understand it since he's willing to deliver my food. Thanks Cosmos...

0 stars today I ordered a meal at 1000 am I called multiple times no answer then at 1145 am I recieved a call delivery I politely say I have a broken leg I cannot come downstairs. I also have a vehicle if I was able to move I would have got up and got my own food or cooked... The delivery responded do you want it or not I'm not going up. Okay cool 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for a cheeseburger is bizarre. #iceburger lol bad business plus I'm a reg who drives in and pick up smh...

Have called few times & the girl who picks up the phone it’s arrogant on the phone with customers & in top of it don’t know how to take or place orders,Spanish restaurant & she totally refuses to take orders in Spanish language,,,,reallyyyyyyyyy,nice & easy way to lose customers,I’ve asked to speak to her manager or supervisor & with a sarcastic answer said ohh he’s my father but he’s not here right now,I wonder how many more customers the absent owner or manager...
